Came here for lunch when we were in Dumfries for the day. The bar is well laid out with great seating, plenty of space, and great music playing. Love this place. Come here regularly for the quiz and just in general. Quiz nights are really fun. Really friendly staff, good quality food, nice atmosphere, have a good array of drinks at reasonable prices and plenty of screens to watch live sport.

Friendly service here and a good menu. Clean and Covid prepared. Plenty of tables and each table has a sign on it saying that it had been cleaned. Big TV's on the wall for sports. Food was good and it wasn't a long wait. Would have no issues going back.
Very inconvenient ordering only at the bar. The food is tasty, portions are large. Cocktails were not to my liking
This was such a friendly pub. They welcomed the dog too. The food was good, but some chilli sauce would have been nice. They couldn't have bent over backwards more to make us welcom.
