We made a last minute booking and was very well looked after the food was excellent
After a couple of recommendations I booked for our anniversary meal. The staff, food and atmosphere didn't let it down, would go again if back in Dumfries
Stayed overnight in Dumfries and decided to eat Italian, checked on line and found Bruno’s with high rating reviews, so decided on checking it out. I wasn’t disappointed, the food was excellent, the staff very attentive and the atmosphere great. I will definitely be going back when I’m next in the area.

We were down on holiday from Ayrshire found this wee Italian restaurant also came recommended from taxi driver too , food fantastic couldn't fault , lovely restaurant and atmosphere staff friendly cheery helpful . Would recommend a visit worth more than 5stars.
First time to Bruno's, but we will definitely go again when in Dumfries. Warm friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The food speaks for it self, best Italian we have had in ages.

Absolutely fantastic meal yet again. Staff are amazing, food amazing and wine was very decent. Decor is dated but it wouldn't be the same if it was modernised. Can't wait to return again soon.

The food was fantastic but I feel that the restaurant needs a bit upgrading, the staff were lovely and friendly but I felt that they were a bit understaffed as we waited a long time between our starters and main meal. It wouldn't stop me going back because the food was excellent and we did enjoy our night out.
Excellent food and friendly staff. Difficult to book though as closed Monday and Tuesday and not available on the phone often.

Great atmosphere, friendly wait team and delicious food. I had pasta and my kids had pizza, there was nothing left of either and for desert we had sticky toffee pudding and fresh fruit salad.

Had steak, I a can honestly say its the best steak I've had in years. Food and staff were absolutely superb.
Steaks were really tender and well cooked. We had mixed cold meats for starter, which were nice but could have been presented with a selection of Italian bread rather than deep-fried pizza dough. Service was quite slow but tge waiters were very helpful and friendly and to be fair the restaurant was packed out, including a large group on a christmas party. Excellent meal overall but could do with a better choice of deserts.
