The 5 stars are for all the staff who are always going above and beyond for their customers. The staff are bright and chatty, creating a great atmosphere with their banter and good rapport with their regulars. Now, if I could give minus 5 stars to management/owners I would, due to the place looking

Costa Coffee is a great place to enjoy a refreshment in a comfortable environment with plenty of space. Nice large windows allow you to watch the comings and goings while you relax. Alfresco dining available too. Good quality coffee served by enthusiastic young people.
Always a friendly atmosphere and the coffee is always fantastic and served very quickly, the staff here are fantastic always happy to chat as they prepare your order. They were great with my daughter ho was over the moon with her babychino that came with a few chocolate flakes as a wee extra.
I went to the Costa Coffee cafe on High Street Dumbarton today.
It is a good sized Costa Coffee cafe and was not too busy.
It was clean and tidy inside.
I was served quickly and efficiently by the staff.
I had two large cups of Twinnings breakfast tea and glasses of water.

Good place to catch up with friends and grab some coffee, snacks , or sit on your laptop and do some work , kill time etc. Their coffee is OK not bad .
I do use their Android app to order ahead in store and skip the wait also you can collect some rewards and get some free drinks ;)
Great local coffee shop, parking in town very poor sorry council you need to fix this, its a Costa does the same as the rest, good place to do work as quiet. Still great staff sadly no internet again, so did not stay.
Staff, service, tables, toilets - all excellent. Only one criticism - cutlery not clean. Strangely, same criticism of Costas Helensburgh. My usual order is a Cortada & blueberry muffin. A knife is usually given with the muffin, and frequently, it isn't clean. Maybe they need to change dishwasher det
