TERRIBLE can't leave no stars.Thursday 9th just called in there to get a sandwich as I walked in the young girl in glasses was talking to her college's whilst scratching her chin ..no problem with that .It was when I asked for a Turkey sandwich that the problems started. Firstly after scratching herself she did not wash her hands THEN WITHOUT PUTTING ANY GLOVES ON she picked up a piece of Turkey meat with her fingers,saw that I had seen her do this and carried over to the other counter put a piece of celluloid on her hand and placed said meat on plastic still no gloves on Then she opened the muffin and transferred the meat from the plastic celluloid to her still unloved hand as she arranged the meat onto the muffin ....she at this point put....A...glove on put lettuce on the sandwich with the gloved hand and completed the sandwich.Removing the glove and passing me the wrapped muffin asked me anything more ? yes I replied 2 jam tart PLEASE REMEMBER SHE WAS SCRATCHING HERSELF THEN TOUCHED COOKED MEATS MADE A SANDWICH THEN PICKED UP 2 FRESH CREAM CAKES WITH THE SAME UNWASHED FINGERS AND HANDS.I could explain at least 4 different hygiene codes she has broken i.e. cooked meats with fresh cream cross contamination ....allergies across certain food stores ...I will expect a response from the owner to my comments. I received a personal phone call today from Toby a Director of Martins Craft Bakery about my previous post who I can only say dealt with my concerns on a personal and has to be said extremely professional level. His assurance on looking into the matter and dealing with it with swift response was refreshing to say the least. This he did true to his word and I can only thank his quick and effective manner in dealing with what really was only a training issue. His manner and attitude and his genuine gratitude of my highlighting this matter,was superb and his dedication to his outlets and individual staff growth was plain and honest thus I cannot give anything but 5 star. Being in the industry for some 20 years too many “bosses” pass blame and assign no fault to management. He did nothing of the sort. I commend him for this and wish himself and his business every success in the future. You have a great product that should never be diminished by simple training error. Thank you again to Martins Craft Bakery for excellent customer service.

Very popular pie shop. Apart from pies they do pastries, sandwiches, sweets and even the odd salad. Good for a breakfast bap if that's your bag

Love the food here. Great food and reasonably priced. The Popeye rolls (spinach and cheese) are amazing.

Gorgeous food, little bit pricey. Meat n potato pies are lovely.
