Really tasty Chinese takeaway food! Been struggling to find a good one recently after my usual place went downhill. Used to go here when it was owned by someone else and loved it then. Really pleased to find that it’s even better now! Food is fairly priced and extremely generous portions.
We ordered online and collected and everything was hot and fresh.
I was particularly pleased to get big juicy prawns and well cooked meat.
Definitely recommend and will be a returning customer :)
Special chow mein was fantastic, salt and pepper munchy box (the smaller one) was huge and perfect for everyone to pick at. King prawns in ginger and spring onion was exactly as I’d hoped (plenty of ginger and big fat juicy prawns). Everything else was great too but special mention to those dishes.
And the chips are proper chippy chips.
An extra bonus is that the service was super friendly!!!

Very wary at picking a chinese restaurant in this area as all of the ones I've tried have failed in either the food, the lack of courtesy or the complete fail at delivering on time, the correct items and still hot. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered from Yew Tree to find that it was delivered well within time, the delivery driver was polite and we negotiated his way to meet up as my place isn't the easiest to find. The food was well made, piping hot and in good sized portions. Very well done. We will be ordering again!
