Food was amazing, definitely the best eating spot in Dudley. Priced decently, portions are good, clean and tiday with seating inside.
Service was slow but quality of food was great. Busy prioritising delivery orders rather than in store customers orders. Apart from that no complaints food was hot and prices are reasonable for two meals it was £11. Do come here to try it out as it’s good
Best food around. Pepes never disappoints and its made fresh for you so be patient as its worth it each time, or call in to order before coming in

Have had a lot of good experiences in Pepes. Food quality is very good and the food itself is delicious, however you have to be willing to pay as the prices are high.
Went Sunday afternoon about 4pm, a pretty quiet period with only a few customers. Ordered a 5 strips meal deal for 8.09 pounds, 5.79 for 5 strips and 2.30 for fries, drink and dips.

I'm a regular customer, the food was usually decent. But today, I was very disappointed with their customer service. My order arrived, but there were three missing items I paid for. I called the restaurant and their replying to me was "next time" and then hang up on me. How rude.

Excellent customer servicee , great tasting chicken, very well cooked and the fries were very tasty too. They said I would be back....and they are right.
I had the full chicken platter with wings and spicy rice.

My first trial was today into business and l enjoyed while having my dinner/menu. One of the staff member who was an Eastern European - British was very helpful and he provided a good service to me as l didnt know at the beginning what to eat.
