Couldnt fault anything really. We all enjoyed lunch from the Buffet bar, I had veggy pizza, pasta and something from the salad bar. Followed by a huge dish of ice cream from the icecream factory! loved all the different toppings!

Absolutely fantastic. We went for my sons birthday yesterday mainly children as well as adults very welcoming and food was fast and hot. The kids loved the choice of food on the kids menu and we all loved the ice cream factory. We will definitely.definitely . go back again.
Amazing place came here yesterday and was extremely happy with the service. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

Very quick service. The Philly cheese steak pizza was amazing. Not too busy for 7pm on a Friday evening. Great night out. 😋
Visited on Tuesday lunchtime. The young lady serving us was great. Warned us it was card only before she seated us, which wasn't an issue for me. Asked if I was going to use a certain well known discount code before I bought it up myself.
Online order system was a bit pointless as the code wasn't working but she helped out and put it through. Food was good, just your standard pizza hut food. Salad bar was well stocked.
No complaints about the food or service at all, but just not a fan of how close together some of the booths and tables are. Would definitely come back though
Been there family lunch nice and cozy atmosphere. A little bit pricey for buffet but food was amazing unlimited drinks and salad. Lot of varriety at salad bar and a little ice cream factory on the side. Overall nice experience
Kids meal is good value for money. Location is good. Seating and space is good. Number of waiters per table is good. Service by waiting staff was excellent, all very happy and attentive.
Other food is a bit expensive for what it is and they are a bit tight with their cheese. Much cheaper to take out and use vouchers if you want Pizza Hut pizza. Salad doesn’t have pasta anymore.
The staff really impressed me on this visit though. Really well done.
Very quite and salad bar is good pizza buffet not that impressive. I do think they should have more options and better taste. Price wise is okay. Staff are very friendly.
Had the best experience here!! We got excellent customer service and an amazing deal. I would highly recommend all go here, such friendly & considerate staff and the best food around (especially the cookie dough) 😊
A nice quite place with comfy seats, it's big enough to find a corner where no one will disturb you.
Food was nice and fresh.
Salad was fresh and crispy.
Staff were friendly and attentive.

I enjoyed the experience, staff were very polite and attentive. Drinks, meal and dessert all arrived quickly even with it being busy in there, furthermore all the food was cooked to a high quality standard and looked delicious.
Pretty decent food, been here twice in a week and twice I enjoyed the food. I’ve been to some shabby places in my time and this is far from shabby, only down side is the store was mega busy and they only had 2 waitress serving which isn’t brilliant and the time to order and pay was longer than I personally feel it should have been. Good enough though and fairly priced

Great visit. Wednesday afternoon and we were served promptly. Staff were helpful and provided extra help for a friend with special dietary needs.

Collection,dine in and delivery are always 100%. Their pizzas are fresh and fluffy, not greasy and worth every penny. I have been to other pizza huts in Birmingham and have been disappointed, but the pizzas here are great! I couldn't fault my order.
Quick and easy to use the QR code located on the table to order our food. Salad bar well stocked with all the essential salads. Great pizza.
