A good Waitrose with a broadish range of stock, but not as wide a range as larger stores. Free parking. Good wine selection.
Really well stocked. Plenty of staffed checkouts available. A very helpful checkout assistant too.
Always a friendly welcome from the staff. Clean store and well.stocked. The free coffee with purchases is a great touch.

Always get what you need and it's fresh. They reduce items frequently which is nice if your a casual shopper like me going in for bread olives and dinner. Staff are always nice and the selection of fresh food is great. I don't shop here for staples or cupboard food so I can't comment on that
We love Waitrose, however today after a IT problem,there were some stock problems, however I'm sure everything will be sorted out soon.

Lovely store in a convenient location!
Always well stocked and laid out.
Plenty of choice from fresh fruit and vegetables to fish, bakery or tins and frozen.
I always manage to discover something I haven’t tried yet amongst the creations and favourites. There are specialities and offers to always mix things up aswell as the everyday essentials.
Parking is easy and always plenty of spaces, but pay and display.
Good selection of quality produce, the staff always friendly and polite. Nothing too much trouble.
Always a pleasure to shop here. Very clean, bright Isles free of baskets making them wider to dodge other people. They stock a lot of things I can't get elsewhere for when I entertain. A good move to bring Waitress to Droitwich offering more choice on produce/products.

Very impressive. I am new to the Waitrose shopping experience & couldn't get over the helpfulness of the staff and choice of products, including British grown apples, which should be available everywhere this time of year. Very special items and every day purchases available ... I will return! :-D

Went into branch at midday on Tuesday, there was NO one on the meat / cheese counter and then a staff member appeared. I asked for two cooked chickens, the woman wasn’t very helpful - the look on her face was a picture and she didn’t even pass them to me. Other than that, the shop doesn’t seem to have a whole heap of stock but it does have a reasonable amount. Checkout people were very nice but due to some of other members of staff and the stock, I wouldn’t rush back.
Weve learnt from Gavin a manager there, thst the cafe is closing.
PLEASE don't close the café here, I appreciate its not yet making a profit, post Covid. But this is a h7b of a community
where many pensioners come for a chat,
Take a rest half way through their trolley full of shopping,
Where vulnerable members of the community meet people for local advice,
Where all the customers of the cafe talk to each other,
It's the only cafe with a very short walk from the car park (for parents of youngsters) (for older folks in taxis and lifts)
