I had the pleasure of meeting everyone at this stunning place yesterday! I was the photographer for a wedding and I must say I don't always get looked after by a venue when I am working! But they all went above and beyond! The staff are so friendly and worked so hard! The food is amazing! The grounds are just beautiful! The staff are amazing! I can't wait to come back for hopefully another event or wedding, I would highly recommend because this place is faultless! Great job guys!
Visited for the new Sunday Roast launch. Excellent portion of meat, excellent veg. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!
Without any doubt the finest Greens this side of Muirfield. If you get a chance play this hidden gem

A superb venue with very welcoming and curteous staff. We were made to feel very welcome prior to the start of our competition and the course was in excellent condition. Many thanks from all at Poppys Golf Society.

Mike Adams Memorial Golf Day
10th September 2023.
Thanks to the whole team at Gaudet Luce for the special welcome we received when 60 players returned for the 14th annual Memorial Day.
The set up of the course was 1st class, cut to promote the speed of play with lovely manicured fringes. The greens were treated a couple of weeks before but rolled out firm & true & responded great to a well struck approach.
The organisation from the office through the pro shop was excellent as always. Nothing was to much trouble.
Most of our members took advantage of the range & short course also with great reviews.
On our return to the club house we all enjoyed some wonderful hospitality & made the most of the early evening outside bar & seating area.
Thanks also to the members we came into contact with on the day for the courtesy & patience.
An excellent all round event rebooked already for next year.
Always something new going on at Gaudet, the most pro active course we visit each year.

It is to the testament of the green keepers that they managed to keep this course open. Especially after the storms over the last week or so.
Clubhouse was very quiet with very little atmosphere, staff not very talkative.
Must say, though, the fried egg roll was the best I've had for a long time.
Great par 3 course, it is obvious that it has been looked after and kept in great condition. A variety of different holes which allows for a lot of different approach shots. Really recommend.
My husband had a great day here, it was his Captain’s away day and had 44 members from his club turnout and all of them have given positive feedback on how good the course and service was . Personally he would like to thank all the staff, Alex, David, and especially the club house staff, the service was exceptional. Highly recommend this for a society day. They couldn’t do enough to make sure the day went well.

Played Gaudet Luce course today what a great day's golf course was tip top greens exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit for any golf fan. Was my first time playing the course and will be returning very soon.
Played here today with my son and had an amazing time… considering the rainfall lately the course was in tremendous Condition although a few of the greens had surface water on them that we were pre warned about by the club pro prior to beginning our round, and were given return vouchers for half price…. Nice touch we both thought… looking forward to our next round here already 😁… nice clean tidy clubhouse and made to feel very welcome by the staff…Overall a great place to enjoy a round of golf.
A really nice place for a children’s birthday party. Perfectly organised, great fun with foot golf and magic. Even on a chilly January day it was an ideal venue. The food was excellent and organised perfectly. Superb staff - Ian and Harriet could not have been more helpful. I recommend it!
Beautifully kept/maintained course, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic golf academy. The course is suitable for those new to golf and high handicappers, but is still challenging for low handicappers
Fabulous course. I played it for the first time on 28th September as a visitor, but hope to play again soon. Such and interesting and challenging course and kept in great condition!
Very good course offering a variety of challenges on each hole from short to long Par 3’s and water hazards to navigate. Always in great condition with fantastic greens I would highly recommend making the trip.
We went for a wake food was really good and plenty full.

Very good course layout though very wet when I played, 28th April....Greens were excellent, fast and discrete borrows. Bar staff and catering , meal, we're very good.....highly recommended.
We played footgolf and pitch and putt. The footgolf course is the same one as the pitch and putt so could be very congested when busy, but because they are the same course it is also in very good condition for a footgolf course. The young lady who we were looked after by was very good and attentive We had a great time and will return again....
Great golf at a reasonable price. Great place to meet, good food and drinks to be had. The staff who can't do enough for you and a golf shop with all your golfing needs if a new or experienced player.
First time playing at Gaudet Luce...Absolutely loved it..Course in fantastic condition...Staff in Pro shop very friendly and helpful...Definitely be back soon
In good knick at moment although greens seemed slow also book on line to save yourself £5 on green fees
