Very impressed as I walked in with 3 children and a baby in a pram but saw it was too busy to sit down, but the manager chased over to show me a space for us all to sit. It was an unusually manic weekend due to the Jubilee but he still managed to make sure his staff knew to allow me to return to my children rather than wait for my food at the till and he had them bring it over to me. Not only that, I forgot to order one of the girls sandwiches so I had to queue again however he spotted me and made sure I was seen to asap. He was on the ball the whole time making sure everyone got the same individual care and treatment despite the heavy footfall. On top of that, the food was outstanding. A mountain of delicious bagels, flatbreads and cakes etc to choose from and the coffee tastes amazing!! A new favourite spot of ours. Nice to see a cafe care about it’s customers beyond the till! ☺️
Good service. Polite friendly helpful staff. Easy access for baby buggies and mobility chairs. Very efficient use of coffee machine for speedy service. Large portions of cakes, pastries, and savouries. Nearest WC in Saint Andrew's shopping centre 50m.
Lovely little cafe smack bang in the centre of town, great for either lunch or just a cake and drink. Service is great, food and drinks are great. Eat/drink indoors or outdoors. I'm a fan of all this cafe has to offer, no toilets but public ones are a very short walk away.
It's be a lovely place for a coffee/snack whilst out shopping you will see be spoilt for choice the staff have been there all very pleasant and helpful.The prices are a little more than the big stores but this is No Greasy Spoon.Visit once and you will be hooked! There is no parking as they are situated in the middle of a small shopping centre but plenty of car parks nearby.

Great place for food and drink. The choices are very good. The food is displayed well and everything is prepared fresh on the premises. Only place we have found that can offer various sizes of flat white coffee.

Fantastic so pleased staff at coffee 1 had been so ignorant or else I would not have found this gem Muffin break whilst visiting Droitwich last week. Had a wonderful fresh sandwich with fantastic multi grain bread best I've tasted

Lovely coffee, my Ham & Cheese panini wasn't quite fully heated but really tasty.
Sadly the muffin we had was a tad dry but went well with my coffee.
Been a while since i was in here but it is still as friendly and clean as i remember it. Just popped in for a coffee and a quick snack. Brilliant!
