Very polite & helpful member of staff. Noticed my wife was about to take her medication tablets so offered & provided glass of water. Unfortunately they had none of the cakes I particularly like left by the time we arrived but hopefully better luck next time
Wonderful atmosphere. They had gentle acoustic music playing while I was there which really made it feel cosy. The cakes are amazing and the staff are really friendly. Since my initial review I have tried some of their hot meals and they as equally delicious. The staff are very accomodating to any c
Absolutely delighted with my visit, just popped in for brunch with my other half and daughter. Super friendly and welcoming, we got our daughters food and decided what we wanted, as much locally farmed ingredients makes it warming to me that they are supporting our local farmers, butchers and bakers
Had lunch here after a couple of hours at the Lido, so the kids were starving and this cafe was down the road. We ordered three veggie breakfasts, tuna sandwich and the soup, as well as drinks. Everything was tasty and staff were friendly. You can park at the Lido or the Waitrose Car Park but on-st
Amazing food, affordable prices
Lovely food in Nelly's today, I had the Bacon Brie and Cranberry toastie with homemade coleslaw and veg crisps. All very well presented and crispy bacon! Will definitely come here again if I'm in the area. Friendly welcoming staff. Sarah
Lovely child friendly cafe with play corner. Lots of freshly baked cakes each day the list updated on their Instagram stories each day. Good breakfast /brunch menu that's well priced. Toilet with baby changing area which has been done really well in the space. On the high Street and close to the Lid
Ordered an afternoon tea from this lovely cafe, and I must say it was just perfect. Lovely sandwiches and the cakes were to die for. Excellent value for the money and such helpful and lovely staff. I will definitely be using them again.
A lovely little place with very friendly staff and atmosphere. The coffee is great, the food is delicious and there is a great area for children to be entertained and contained whilst you relax. There are vegetarian options for food and the most amazing looking/tasting cakes and treats. A convenient
Lovely family friendly cafe. Great for breakfast and lunch with a good selection of food and drinks available. Caters to vegan and vegetarians. Has a well equipped children's play area to keep little ones amused. Staff are friendly and efficient. Always a wonderful visit, would definitely (and have
The member of staff that was on when we went in for breakfast was welcoming and helpful straight away. We had a little problem with one of the kitchen devices breaking down after we'd ordered so had to settle for something else which I was a little dissatisfied with after looking forward to what I'
It kind of felt like walking into a daycare centre, there were lots of under fives. We didn't mind, the atmosphere (and the girls behind the counter) was friendly. Coffee was ok, the quiche really tasty and the slice of strawberry cake huge and delicious.
Stopped in for breakfast, had the vegetarian one, really lovely, eggs were perfectly cooked. Cakes looked great, but too early to try! Will return.
Brilliant food freshly cooked, tea with tea cup and not tea bags plenty of food would, use again. All staff wonderfully friendly Well done
