Second time we've been, brought another friend this time. The steak pie is gorgeous. I was so full so couldn't manage a pudding 😫. Will keep coming back again and again .
Great local pub. Dog friendly too (in the bar area) nice pint, chip butty and a Yorkshire pudding with beef n gravy. Tasted great arrived quickly. We got there for 12 and it was quiet but it soon filled up, probably worth booking a table to avoid disappointment

Only had drinks no food, nice atmosphere in the pub the drinks were a little expensive but we did have premium lager , we will be calling in again and well worth a visit

Went for Sunday lunch got the large pork dinner. Came with pork loin large Yorkshire mash and roasties and gravy. I booked for a ‘Celebration of life’ meal with my family after the loss of my late Father. There were eighteen of us and the meal was booked the week before. All the meals were brilliant. The staff are friendly and always on hand if you need anything. Everyone said what a lovely friendly pub it was
Lovely family pub with nice food, bar area, nice wine and friendly service. Prices are reasonable making this a good venue to dine out.
