Absolute stunning meal again. Superb food. We went for the tasting platter with a selection of starters. Some stunning flavours with beautiful subtle blend of spices where the chilli does not overwhelm everything. Pethis are outstanding. Main course was dosa for me which was fantastic, biryani for my wife which was excellent with a blend of complex spices & not too dry like many biryani's. Garlic naan was fresh garlicky & to the same standard as rest of meal. Would highly recommend !

The tasting menu was amazing! Not your average Indian food. I’d recommend the tasting menu if you visit here. If you are a big meat eater them obviously not the place for you. If I wasn’t so far away I’d be visiting every week!

Food was very good, some of the best I've ever had; food is spicy but not hot, and some of it is probably unlike any other Indian food you've ever had unless you've experienced Indian home cooking.

Have just been to the one day cooking demo at Prashad and can’t recommend it highly enough! Just 8 of us meant it was personal and up close. Lots of tips and ideas; great to see 10 recipes cooked in front of us. Some hands on too, and a gorgeous lunch of fantastic Indian veggie food. Plus more for our tea to take home, along with a cook book. We felt privileged to meet the Patel family and experience this authentic family restaurant’s kitchen. Thank you for a great day.

Just had a family meal and we were all very pleased with how well the food had been prepared. Not only is the food beautifully presented, it’s super packed with delicious spices.

First ever Indian restaurant I visited in Leeds. We had proper Indian food there coz we were really craving for something spicy. We ordered masala dosas, veg Biriyani and rotis and some smoothies.
I ordered a mango lassi which is the best mango lassi I have ever tasted my entire life. I haven’t tasted such a lassi anywhere, not even in India. It was amazingly delicious and it completed my dinner. Yum yum.

Excellent food

This was our first visit to Prashad and it most certainly won't be our last. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was superb and the restaurant was well set out, allowing for a feeling of space in spite of the fact that it was full. A very pleasant experience.

I visited this restaurant around 4 years back when I first visited UK . Being a vegetarian, it was a treat and that too when I was coming from Russia where I was only surviving on bread and cheese .
I liked the samosa Chaat , Makhani daal and Nan. My other business associates too liked the spicy delicacies .

I’m good at scepticism – it’s a speciality – and the world of food is littered with things that don’t quite live up to the mark, that aren’t quite as good as they claim to be. For every stellar food experience, there are a dozen more that are passable at best, if I’m feeling very generous.

The new Prashad is in what looks like an old pub building on a junction, with associated off street parking, and is very very posh.  Also now has a bar, which is nice. After our  last visit to Prashad, when there were issues regarding paying deposits for table booking, then essentially being robbed of ~£30 over a dispute as to whether our babies where in fact babies or diners, I have been reluctant to ever EVER go back.  Prashads customer service that day seemed far removed from what we'd witnessed on Gordon Ramsay's program.   However, as an invited member to a friends party, I was willing to let bygones be bygones and go and have a another go.  Especially on discovering that it was in an all new location. Special Chaat Oh well, a lot of water has flowed beneath the bridge since then, but I couldn't help but think that somewhere  within the flash decor, abstract wall art and plushly upholstered chairs (which, by the way, where a nightmare to launch oneself in and out of when chasing an overactive toddler around the restaurant - but that's another story for another day), our bamboozled £30 was lurking!  Sorry to go on! So, enough whinging, and onto the food.  By the way, there is now a new  menu  - no Monster Dosa I notice!  Booo!  Lynda and me shared both the "Award Winning" Pethis and Special Chaat.  Both were great.  I'm not sure when the Pethis won their award, but the tag has been attached for some time now!  They are little fried balls of potato and coconuty loveliness, with a touch of herbyness to give them a zing.  The Chaat was also lovely - one of my favorite dishes at the moment.  The flavours of sweetish yogurt and sour tamarind work great together, and mine was req

Not your usual Indian food, an incredible fusion of Punjabi and Gujarati. Having been to some of the best Indian places in London like Gymkhana, Gunpowder, Cinnamon Kitchen and Trishna... I've got to say this was pretty special. What a northern gem. Well worth an hour's drive! We had the pleasure to meet Minal the head chef, incredibly passionate about flavours.

Nice and cosy atmosphere with classical music. Me and my friends got a warm welcome and also received a welcome starter from the chef. The staff were polite and professional. We ordered simple dishes, and no doubt the presentation was excellent but the taste was not what we expected. Although we asked for Asian-style medium-spicy, still it lacks the Indian taste and a little expensive. But it was a nice experience.

Lovely food. The Tali was great for a range of curries, starter, dessert and rotis. Everything nicely served and although the restaurant was filling up, we weren't rushed.

Saw this restaurant on a t.v. programme so decided to drive up, meet with daughter and hubby and try it out. Lovely night, we all went for the taster menu and no disappointments. Great taste experience, will want to return and work our way through the menu (it's a shame they don't have rooms). It is clearly a very popular venue as it was really busy, so worth booking.

Wow, this really deserves all the praise it gets. I go to Bradford regularly for work and usually default to the city central restaurants, but this was worth the journey out. Rarely have I seen a fully vegetarian menu have so much variety and exciting things on offer. Everything we had as a group was delicious. The service was impeccable and bonus points for the excellent selection of craft beers on the menu. Why can't more restaurants put this effort in? If you're in Bradfrod, do yourself a favour and book a taxi out to here.

Travelled an hour to dine here for a special occasion. Parking was very busy (and small) and we had to go over to the overflow which isn’t ideal. Still, only a minor issue. We were shown to a lovely table upstairs where the service was excellent. Food was delicious and we thought it was pretty good value for speciality dishes. Efficient but definitely not rushed. We loved it.

Our second visit here. Absolutely amazing food. We're not vegetarian, but you really won't miss the meat as the food is so flavoursome.

We had heard about this restaurant in the Hairy Bikers programme and decided to give it a try. Easy to find with a good sized car park. We were greeted very nicely and shown to a table by Mona who was very attentive. Abdul was our server and he was excellent. We opted for the tasting menu. Abdul explained what each of the dishes were, what they contained and how to eat them. Food was excellent with delicious flavours. The food was like nothing we have ever had before. We will definitely be back, a great experience. Definitely recommend.

One of the best Indian vegetarian restaurant in the entire UK. It is a bit pricey and a slow service and average presentation but can be overlooked due to its unique taste of food. Thank you so much.
