Visited on a Saturday afternoon at around 3:30pm, it was relatively quiet and we was seated quickly. The service at this establishment is extremely efficient, the starters and deserters arrived within 3-4 minutes of ordering them. The food is of good quality and great for meat lovers. Our server Elisha was polite, friendly and very professional. Would recommend this place. Only improvement suggestion is the sauces they give you come in a paper sauce pots like you get at McDonald’s, it would be better if they came in a metal dip pot. Would visit again.
Wonderful experience had for a meal on Saturday 2nd March, food and portions were amazing. Staff are really helpful, will be returning to explore the menu.

Date of visit: 04/10/2023 PM - My double burger was cooked perfectly as I requested it to be well-done. Onion rings were really tasty, and the chips were good too; perfect portion sizes in my opinion. The large double chocolate milkshake was a standout, and my wife and I were pretty much happy with everything. All of the staff we were greeted / served by were very happy and personable and we will definitely return with family, although the ‘English Mustard’ was like eating fire… really quite hot, ha ha - Thank you to all and see you guys soon :)
We always tend to pop into Arbuckles for something to eat when we're in the area. You always get great food and great service. The only problem is I never have enough room for dessert and they all look so nice😋

We went for the big breakfast with a couple of personal adjustments and well done bacon. Absolutely spot on. Accompanied by several americanos, a pot of Earl Grey tea, and iced tap water.
It was a long overdue catch-up, so we were insitu for 3 hours and chatting for ages before deciding what to eat. Our normal. As usual, though, the staff were very accommodating of our delays, changes, and advised us that there was absolutely no need to rush!! We've always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
The toilet facilities are very good, including accessible and baby changing options. They have their own car park with accessible bays and ramps. We hadn't booked as mornings are usually quiet unless there's a planned event. It gets very busy of an evening so I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
I have not been to one before and have to say from start to finish I enjoyed the service. We went for breakfast at about 10.30 and they were already busy however we got greeted and seated straight away with multiple welcomes for different staff.
The menu was good and suitable for all but a tad pricey. It's one of those places I can deal with the price for the venue. Booth seating is always a bonus. The meal was average but didn't spoil the experience.
I would go again but more for an occasional trip.

Couldn't fault it. Beautiful inside, lovely food, very helpful and patient staff. They even let me change the flavours of ice cream on the banana split. Not badly priced either! My partner and I were both pleasantly surprised by this when we got the bill.
Treated myself to a quick lunch here on my way back from a work meeting. I used to love the Arbuckles chain back in the day, so was excited to try this restaurant - it didn't disappoint 🙂
Yet another delicious meal. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have cancer and am undergoing chemotherapy and the manageress realising this very kindly put me in a spot that kept me away from other people as much as possible which was in incredibly thoughtful. The food arrived lovely and hot and very well presented. I have never had a bad meal or experience here. Thoroughly recommend it.
