Got there at 730pm on a Friday night and the resturant was fully booked but was room in the bar. Ordered our drinks and food and even though they was busy food came out quick and hot. Could not fault the food or the service we had. Good friendly staff and enjoyed our meals.

I ate off the gluten free menu. It was lovely and even had by chocolate cake for dessert.

I've been here quite a few times recently and I can't fault it. Last night I took my daughter and the meal was lovely. Waitress was very very nice and helpful and even put some ice cream and sweets in a cup for us to take away Haddock was beautiful and staff always polite. Only bad comment I'd make is they took the king prawns off the menu. Bring it back!! (not joking!!)

We were a table of 6. All our food was cooked well, it tasted delicious, was reasonably priced and the service was excellent.

Good welcome and a spotless room. Great view too (Romm 311). Everything on site plus free parking for guests. A lot of customers turnover I imagine so especially we'll done. Thank you.

This pub was joined to the Premier Inn in Dover where we were staying. We just had drinks on Saturday night. It was very busy and I think the staff were struggling a bit, but they were doing their best. Cocktails were nice at two for £10, any time any day.

1st time coming here and I also had a good look around, its very clean and tidy staff are very friendly and professional food was perfectly cooked we had haddock and chips and peas ,and jam roly poly, triple chocolate brownie so on your way into or out off the country pop in for so very nice food the new festive menu has plenty to choose from you can have a 3 course for £17.49 or a 2 course for £15.49 well worth it I will definitely be back

This is a great spot for breakfast. They offer a £10 all you can eat breakfast to both guests, and non-guests. The staff were lovely, helpful and most importantly, the food was delicious. Great if you are looking for a sustaining breakfast at a very reasonable price.

Friendly helpful staff (at times rushed off their feet). Right next door to the ferry terminal. Food was fine & edible. Can be busy due to the Premier Inn

Such a useful hotel for its proximity to the ferry port. Really close by. Rooms are always good. Good space. Clean. The night reception staff, especially the young man, is always kind and helpful. He keeps an eye on the cars through the night. Reasonably priced as well.

Stayed in hotel above restaurant, very business best to book in advance, and get in early. On Sunday at 7pm the three main Sunday lunch menu was sold out. Great food very popular and busy hence 30 minutes wait for food once ordered.

Ate here while staying at the attached Premier Inn. Had two evening meals and two breakfasts. Service is good, food is what you would expect but prices are reasonable. Cater very well for dietary requirements.

Had breakfast a couple of mornings. Reasonable selection but some cooked items had been out too long. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Cheap eats. Part of a chain and associated with the Premier Inn in Dover. I was staying to catch the ferry the following morning so they really had me at their mercy. Dinner was OK, service was very good considering they needed more help than they had and breakfast was good. Sausages were poor though, very little taste.

Absolutely amazing Customer Service here. 15 of us came for my Grandads 101st Birthday for lunch and he was treated like a king ! The staff all wrote in a card for him and he was presented with a tin of M&S Belgian Chocolates. Never have we experienced a more friendly relaxed atmosphere from a restaurant . The Manager needs a medal for 5 star service from a magnificent team. Can't thank you enough. And the price .....well that was unbelievable too. 😳 Have eaten 8n dome of the best restaurants around and was blown away by this personal service ! Thank you all !
