Easy to order, warm and nice service. The chicken itself is easy to peel with cutlery, even the joint bone. Enjoyed and had great time here. Highly recommended.
This was my first visit to Nandos at this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were told that they were awaiting a delivery so certain items on the menu were not available.

Amazing experience service was prompt and showed that they were actually caring for the customer and paying attention been to nandos many times and I think this is one of the best staff I have ever met. Just to name some of the staff Eleanor was a very kind and acknowledging of us.
Update 25th September 2023: We have now been coming to this Nando’s for the past few years and can safely say it’s the best in the area. The food is always fast and cooked beautifully, it is always clean and the staff are brilliant. I must also mention a staff member in particular who has been here

Same food as every Nando's and it's good. Something different than the other chains, preferable for me personally with the nice vegetarian alternatives and it's spicy .

Wasn't too busy when we arrived got seated to a table quickly and shown how to order either from an app or at the bar bit .Food was excellent and arrived quickly .Was rather busy by the time we left but they seemed to be managing perfectly well and waiting for a table Wasn't long

Convenient location just off the A20 and a stone's throw from Dover Castle. Friendly staff and a nice clear and airy restaurant.
Had a good experience here despite my chicken thighs being burnt. I would have mentioned it to the staff, but we were very hungry and did not want to wait longer.

My only negative was the toilets. I had to clean the toilet before I could use it.
As a South African my experience of Nando's is so high, there is a big difference between SA and UK.
So the only way to experience Nando's is to eat there grilled chicken not their burgers or raps in the UK they have a long way to come before I eat a burger again.
