First return visit since Covid to our favourite restaurant for final Indian meal before we return to France. Still tip-top in all respects. Couple of pints of Abbot in Wetherspoons followed by curry in Calcutta Port is a great way to round off a week in the UK.... Highly recommended.... 😊👍
I went with my husband and friends on 17th October 2023. I am following swaminarayan religion. I don’t eat onion and garlic. I talked to chef. He cooked for me veg biryani. It was really delicious. He met us personally about we like food or not. We loved it. Thank you so much.
It’s a Indian Cuisine restaurant in Dover. Pretty decoration with very polite stuff welcomes everyone to taste Indian cuisine. But I was over excited because of its name(as I belongs from that place😃) and expected to have some own local cuisine food(Bengali). But due to time constraints I packed it

Had a delicious meal at Calcutta Port, the staff were really nice and the food was fresh out of the pot hot! Just now I love it 😋 will definitely go again! Also the prices were really affordable- we ordered the mixed starter, two drinks, chicken jalfrezi & tikka masala with white rice & garlic/plain
Amazing food did not disappoint. Have a bunch of vegan options for those who might not want to eat meat or seafood. Lovely service the workers were very kind. Overall the experience was lovely thank you for having us will deffo come back soon
Had takeaway service and I've got to say the food was not only hot but outstanding. I've had Indian takeaway from lots of places in the south of England and this is one of the best
Lovely dining experience and fantastic service, despite it being a very busy evening. Called up beforehand with queries about the food and were served by the same friendly staff, who gave recommendations and answered all of our questions.

The food was delicious, well presented and quite filling. I had such authentic Indian food after a long time. I will surely come back with my friends again.
