Great meal with friendly staff and atmosphere. Had the huge chicken salad which was loaded with shredded chicken and we'll dressed.
Been to this place a few times and the food is always good, service is excellent and nice relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend

It's amazing location and decorations
Last week we dropped in to the Horse and Plough for an evening meal. One of the family needed a gluten free meal. Our waiter Simon was wonderful! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, we are going again this evening!
Food very nice, but could veggy food could be better.
Dogs allowed in this nice little place we went there for a meal before the late ferry back to Heysham. Food was good served from 5pm onwards menu varied enough to suit all tastes. As we had dogs we were recommended a place called millennium Oakwood about 10 mins drive away which is an open space designed for our four legged friends to run about in it was superb and I'd highly recommend it

Lunch was a tasty platter of three starters... Good value at just £10 and easily feeds 2. Gives a nice variety of flavours and it's a quick bite if you're in a hurry (provided they're not too full when you order). Will happily go again 👍🏻

Very nice pub. Good seating area out the back with natural light.
Highlight is outdoors, comfy seating area with outdoor play area for the kids.
Menu is not the most extensive but it's good food and price isn't too bad.
Atmosphere is family friendly and the staff are very friendly.
