Well what can I say stopped off for lunch on way down south and breakfast on way hame. Soup was amazing "Pea & mint" 🍵 And the scrambled eggs were to die for. The place is gorgeous and so friendly and relaxing. Wish I lived closer. So if your traveling down south would highly recommend the 2miles off the motorway instead of the services

Stop in here quite often with friends or as a wee treat with the kids. Everything is made to order and only the best of ingredients are used so well worth paying a tiny bit more for it. Staff are always friendly and the place is immaculately clean. Highly recommended. Oh and I bought a box of scottish sugar mice from the cafe shop today, something I haven't seen since I was little. Might even share them with the kids if their lucky xx

Stopped for breakfast here this morning and it was delicious, great bacon and eggs and good coffee. Would definitely recommend it, way better than a service station on the m74 and only 2 miles detour from the main road!

Was working on a project in Douglas for five weeks and we had lunch here every Thursday. We were never disappointed! The Scrib Tree serves the best soup around! Staff were also extremely lovely and very welcoming. Thank you for looking after us! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Well worth coming off the motorway to find this little gem. Great service and delicious lunch snack. Broke up a long journey delightfully. Seems to be very popular as all tables were taken whilst we were there.

We arrived at a busy time and were given a table with our drink right away. We did have to wait a bit for our food but the wait was worth it when it arrived.
