The food is tasty and served quickly.
The servers are great, very friendly and helpful, quite surprisingly so.
This is a nice place to eat out in the summer, it's not so big if you need to eat inside in bad weather.
The surrounding area is absolutely stunning. A very beautiful area.
The 1 star I removed was something I don't blame them for, but I think could be improved. The toilets were horrible. Flies danced together in the entryway to the toilet. As you enter, the pungent whiff of ammonia assaults your nostrils and the floor is wet, but not from cleaning products, but by urine. It made me want to throw up after eating such a tasty burger.
I completely understand it's hard to keep clean a toilet where bikers congregate, but, unfortunately I couldn't bring the Mrs to this place if the women's toilets are nearly as bad. That put a dampener on the overall experience.
Otherwise, I'd definitely go again. The service, the food and the surroundings are definitely worth the visit, just if they could at least spray down the toilets with disinfectant properly at least once per day, it'll keep down that smell.
Excellent Cafe serving Motorists, Cyclists, Motorcyclists and Walkers. Set at the Base of Box Hill, it's an essential visit on your way to the top, and worth an outing all of its own just for the food! Lovely staff too!
It was such a good café in Boxhill😄 After hiking, we came to got some snacks. Tuna cheese panini and filter coffee were so good. My friend got cheese burger and it was nice too.
This is such a nice place to hang out with your fellow bike riders. Plenty of parking spaces for bikes and cars. Came here for a quick stop to see the place and didn’t disappoint. Lovely outdoor space and quite popular for bike riders meet up. Also quite nice to chat with other bike riders and feels that you’re always welcome. Great atmosphere and very lively place. Unfortunately I didn’t give it 5 star as I didn’t try to dine in or purchase anything inside but I’m pretty sure will come back here again.

I used to come here every Sunday back in the early 80's. Glad to say they still do great burgers and coffee and not too expensive either. Friendly and quick service. Great place to stop off and enjoy the scenery and bikes.
Looks like it's under new management and not before time. Great food and drinks, new undercover area and a new decking area under construction that will overlook the car park entrance lane. Great new look to the building too.
Iconic spot for motorcyclists but lots of cyclists and tourists visit too. Friendly atmosphere. I first visited on my motorcycle test and was blown away by the beautiful setting and have been coming ever since.
Great place to meet bikers... Food is acceptable for a biker cafe and at reasonable prices.

Come for the bikes. The new food is slightly more expensive but, in my opinion, the home made burgers much nicer than the old burgers the previous owners used. Staff are nice. Burger chips and large soft drink roughly £12 all in, but more enjoyable than they used to be. Like I say, come for the bikes.
Went to the bike meet on Wednesday night for the first time and was very impressed with the cafe. Massive crowds but they had plenty of staff on and turned the queues around really quickly as well as serving Good Food and drinks. Good value as well highly recommended.
Good spot to come to if you're a biker looking for a full English breakfast. Maybe not so good if you're a cyclist wanting vegan bircher muesli and avocado toast before a challenging cycle up Box Hill. I'm neither, and a bacon + egg roll was perfectly fine.
This place is in Box Hill and I went there with my lovely friend and neighbour.
Their burger is amazing, very feeling and delicious!!! 🥰
If you go to Box Hill, I do recommend that you visit this place for a tea, coffee coke and a burguer 🍔 😍
There are also table outside where you can have your meal and enjoy the nature. Great place to go with family, friends a d dogs!

Famous biker cafe set in really beautiful surroundings. Great place for bikers to meet, but also for families with Boxhill Park nearby.
Only gets 4 stars because it can be a long wait for the food. But excellent when it does arrive.

You still get the 'can't cope with change'people post poor reviews because they are bitter old twisted people who don't actually buy anything but just come to the bike meets. I'm here a lot and the food is excellent 👌

It's changed!! The food is so much better just had a cheese steak burger an it didn't even see the sides yum 😋
We love Rykas Cafe. The food is of good quality, price fits the quality of food. Service is swift and in order. We put our order in customer received receipt, number shouted out when order ready. Death g areas inside & outside on the grass. Parasols and trees cover picnic tables outside. Ample car park. Very good experience.
