A pleasant evening with tasty food in a nicely decorated restaurant.
The only thing stopping me from giving the five stars is that the wait staff, while being friendly, let us have too much space and time, verging on inattentive. It was quite a while after our mains before we were asked about dessert and they almost certainly could have gotten an extra round of drinks out of us if they'd asked a bit earlier.
Great food, relaxing music and very good service
The restaurant is well designed nice, clean and modern. The waiter was welcoming with a hint of humour and pricing was reasonable. Me and my wife had a lovely romantic dinner. Probably will return in close future to try some other food as well from menu.
Lunch for four , starters, mains, + 3 desserts 3beers 6g&ts & 1 bottle wine Β£190 excellent value. Good service & varied menu. Heavy on fish but burgers also chicken & pasta dishes. Mostly Italian restaurant. Food hot well presented & generous portions. Seating inside & outside. Very happy, would recommend & visit again
Good food, friendly and welcoming staff and nicely laid out seating, with adequate spacing between tables. Two starters, two mains, two large wines and two soft drinks Β£60. Well worth a visit. Parking is difficult, but a large p and d car park is less than a 10 minute walk away.

One of the best Italian style restaurants in town. Good pizzas and pasta but also does other dishes. Nice modern ambience. Slight buzz without being too noisy or busy. Sittting at the back is lighter and more fun however the fronts offers more privacy.
They have a small shop area that does up market cakes.
They also do a very nice breakfast.
I've had to drop this from 5 to 4 stars as the restaurant doesn't open until 6 now (it used to be all day) and is no longer suitable for an early family tea as it used to be.
Also no one is available to take bookings before 6 so if you want to book a table between 3 & 6pm for later that evening then you have to rely on their telephone answering machine. I have tried this twice and have never had a reply to confirm my booking. In fact in both occasions the booking was never taken (do they bother to listen to their answerphone messages?) so we went elsewhere.
So my advice is to book well in advance!
We hadn't booked anywhere had two hungry children 3&1 years old and it was great. Service was amazing. They custom made meals for us to suite fussy tastes. Very tasty clean and I thought it was light and airy much better than a dark pub :)
The mains are great, starters portion size could be increased and desserts are a good standard, but just behind other Italians.
The service is the best part though and Daniele is a great character!

Clean and pleasant interior. Friendly staff although at times they seem that they might benefit from an extra waiter.. The chili chicken on the lunch menu was amazing and good value. Worth a visit!
Awesome - we went for lunch today - I am hard to please, but this is hands down the best restaurant i have been to in Dorking, and i am sure further afield, I am sorry i have walked past it's frontage without noticing... I had to tell them how good it was, I am vegan and they accommodated... pasta was cooked perfectly, service was awesome... Everyone else (who aren't vegan ;) had an amazing meal too. Italian chef and staff ensures authentic great food, at a decent price... We will see you again soon... grazie
Went out for a Friday evening meal, food was decent. Took a while for starter to arrive but after this, the service was quick. Overall a decent place with a nice atmosphere but food took too long for what it was.

Breaded Mozzarella wasn't on the menu and because it wasn't too busy they made it for me anyway. Also carbonara wasnt on the menu so they whipped that up too with extra mushrooms, rocket and loads if parmesan

Have been going to this restaurant for several years, and have always enjoyed the service and the food. Nice atmosphere and friendly and welcoming staff.
Fantastic food, great restaurant, beautiful presentation and super staff always up for a laugh. Couldn't have done anymore for us tonight. Great service will definitely be back.
