The Queen's Head - Dorking - Photo album

Had amazing dinner on Saturday! The pub seemed very busy so we were glad we booked ahead. Despite it being busy, staff were great and food was really delicious. I was blown away by this chicken and chorizo dish, perfect for an autumnal day.
We held our son’s 1st birthday party at The Queens Head, we went there after we had been at Meadowbank soft play. They were very accommodating, they allowed us to go in early at 11am to set up the under-sea-themed decorations in the teepee tent in the garden. They stored our cake for us in the fridg
When we walked in, there was a sign that said please wait to be seated. There was nobody around. We saw one man on his phone and laptop. He never looked up to say hello or sorry or be with you in one minute. He just stayed on his phone and never looked up. We waited about 10 minutes with nobody gree
Great location, superb atmosphere, stellar service and excellent food👌🏽 We had the beef short rib and the chicken Supreme: absolutely delightful! For dessert we had the apple crumble and the almond and pear tart: simply heavenly👌🏽 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
An excellent dining experience with superlative food but let down by the service. The pub is lovely. Really nicely decorated, feels welcoming and warm but still a sense of modernism. Great for smaller and bigger groups. The food is fantastic. Really really excellent. Had the Sunday lunch - superb.
Haven’t had chance to get out for Sunday lunch for a long time and chose the Queens Head today as it’s very local for us. Service was friendly and efficient. Roast Beef and Roast Chicken were both excellent, good portions and nice and hot. Nice atmosphere and great to see the pub busy with other
We come here alot of Sundays, they have the BEST roast, I've had a fair few and can definitely say this is by far the best and it's very tasty and filling, but be prepared it can be a bit heavy but im not complaining :D it comes with all the trimmings and the veggies are beautiful! A nice little hid
Just what I needed after my walk at stepping stones!!! A nice roast dinner, there was plenty of space for me and my two dogs, and the staff was lovely. Will come back
I had such a lovely time here. The food is excellent (I particularly enjoyed my fish and chips), the staff are great and the atmosphere is good. I will be back soon.
We went here for a Christmas dinner. The pub was warm and snug it was very clean inside but it retains lots of very old traditional feel. Table service was excellent, and the food was outstanding, specially the sprouts (which normally HATE) they were delicious. This is not a cheap pub, a pint of bee
Dorking very best pub. We Came to try out this place and then kept coming back for Sunday roast... Foods is amazing fresh and hot Super tasty and the staff are so lovely and kind Highly recommend especially Sunday roast
As always lovely place. Great choice of beers/lagers/gins. Food usual high standard but the rump at 250g cooked beautifully medium rare is too big for a female to tackle in my view - I gave a lump of it to hubby who had demolished his humongous steak burger too!!! Bring back the flat iron or a bav
Every time I have visited the food and service has been excellent. The food is on par with Dorking's prices (not cheap!) but is roads ahead in quality. Great menu with something for everyone, and some good priced deals on weeknights. Drinks have also always been excellent quality as well. Managemen
This pub never ceases to amaze. The prices are actually very good for the value you get. Everything is absolutely incredible quality from the food to the service to the actual building that is so beautiful and quaint. But the star of the show of course has to be the garden that they've converted to
Nice pub, came here for a meal for two. Great pint of Darkstar Hophead. Good service. Tasty flat iron steak but had to order another portion of their triple cooked chips as the don't give you enough in my opinion
Amazing time and amazing meal. To be honest, it’s the first time since the start of lockdown that I’ve had a proper pub experience - I’d forgotten what it felt like. The weather - sunny and 21c didn’t hurt. We sat outside, under the tipis. Service was great, very warm and attentive. Finally, they
My family and I enjoyed a Sunday roast here yesterday. The sirloin beef was amazingly tender and very well seasoned. The staff were attentive and polite. We'll definitely be back.
