Stopped for a quick bite, roast chicken baguette (delicious) and a drink. The reason for my review is the excellent customer care I saw today.
The female member of staff was very attentive to an an elderly lady customer who'd come in alone.Every now.and again the staff member spoke to the customer which I could see made her feel most welcome. so often these days, the elderly are invisible to those around them, but not in Greggs.
I'd want this member of staff at the helm of my company, she's a wonderful advocate of how customer service should be done.
I didn't catch her name, but I heard her firewall of her daughter being a majorette.
We popped into the Greggs in Dorchester one Sunday morning it was early but already busy.
We got a bacon roll breakfast and a sausage roll breakfast and had to sit outside on a bench as the inside seating had been taken.
The staff were friendly and attentive and we were served quickly, there was plenty of choice with the food available so nothing to complain about, if you're in Dorchester try it.
Got a wonderful sausage roll! Went perfectly with a nice pint of Stella for my lunch brake! 10/10 top scran
Gregg's at Dorchester is alright, can get discount on hot drinks if you purchase a Gregg's refillable Gregg's cup, vegan roll is good so is rolls in meal deal, can collect reward points for goods they sell

Nice store, friendly staff happy to make up fresh baguettes for my limited tolerance. Need to improve their Wi-fi as their app won’t work even if you’re connected to the free Dorchester Wi-fi.
Top value compared with more expensive eating places in Dorchester town centre, the staff are efficient and friendly
Good food, reasonably priced, fast service, only let down by the packaging of the hot rolls which is vented so even if you eat it only 10 minutes after buying it its only luke warm which is disappointing as everything else about this restaurant is good.

Great value for money, bakes are a bit pour mind but sandwiches and rolls are really nice and donuts are some of the best. Breakfast good too.
After a 3 hour drive this was always the place I went to for breakfast. Great service and no big queues at 8:30 am
