Very friendly staff, fast service and hot food, probably the best kfc in dorset.
Clean throughout including the toilets
A nice modern store that has been built relatively recently with all serving options covered be it drive through or walk in. The location has plenty of parking of its own and benefits from easy access. The store is always immaculate and tidy and the toilets are always clean and open unlike some other stores that I have visited. The food is always well prepared and presented and the staff are always friendly and engaging. One of the best KFC I have had the pleasure to visit
Cant order at the counter and have to use stupid touch screen and selected table service eventhough no table numbers were available. Then shouted my order out when it was ready and i had to get up and collect fro. When i couldnt order from. Food was great though
Great food and service. Unfortunately the front door slams very hard after every customer that walks in. It's been like that for a very long time now. Please fix it!!!!
Brilliant food, not sure what the rest of the reviews are about as our food was hot and tasted lovely! Not a bad sized restaurant, especially for Dorchester. Pretty fast service as well. The only problems I have is that the car parking situation is not great, tiny spaces and not much room at all. The other is that the Christmas burger that had hardly any cranberry sauce, my partners was the same, but to be honest, the taste definitely made up for this as it was wonderful.
All the food arrived in sound order, pleased with that, was very nice classic KFC. However the tropicana orange that was supposed to be with my meal deal didn't arrive, meaning I had to dissolve a vitamin c effervescent in water in an attempt to mimic orange juice. Whilst not the end of the world, it doesn't quite hit the same as a nice cold orange juice on a hot summers day in the garden. Hope this is resolved asap. Thank you.
Recently opened KFC located between petrol station and football ground so i wkuld imagine it to be very busy at times, however when I visited it was quiet inside with a few cars using the drive through. After ordering on the screen, food was on our table in less than five minutes. All of the orders correct and served up warm. I could nit fault the place, tables spotless and the rest of the building too. I'd happily go again for a snack in the future.
Been to a few and this one stand out as the better one I've visited of late, very polite service from the young girl. Plenty of space to park up and the sir looked nice and tidy, inside was pleasant and looked nice and tidy.
Very good food excellent nice and hot. Excellent location and excellent job on design fit well with surroundings. However not too sure ref toilets 🚻
Just as you’d expect from any KFC! And it’s nice to finally have a Drive-Thru in Dorchester. Food was served quick even though it was busy and nothing was wrong. Gravy wasn’t order-able via the instore self serve machines (maybe out of stock) but that’s nothing to complain about. The one thing worth mentioning is that the air con could do with being turned down a notch as it was freezing inside and everyone was eating with their coats and hats on...
The service was a touch surely but I,m giving it 5 stars as the cuisine (Zinger stacker meal and Buffalo wrap) was exceptional and should be Michelin star rated
Always like going here as its mostly quiet and the food Always comes out hot and fresh, it's one of the best KFC places we've been to.
Can't say much, usual KFC drive through experience. Beans were hotter than the surface of the sun. If you are hankering for KFC then you won't be disappointed
