It's a shame, good service good Food, good staff but the building is to tiny to hold the amount of public
We had a rubbish day with our clutch going on our car. We got put in the maccies car park and we explained to George that we had to stay longer than the 45 min max time in the car park. He was understanding and went above and beyond making sure we were happy and okay! Thank you so much George :))
Food delivered very quickly. One mistake on order but easily changed. Staff were friendly and toilets nice and clean. A relaxing experience after the mayhem of picking up two starving, knackered boys from Reading festival! Did the trick.
George was a massive help. He offered to wipe off my table and bring me a high chair for my toddler.
Food was great. Toilets were clean. The kids table had lots of colouring pages and crayons.
One of the nicest McD's I have visited in UK. Its small, busy, but tables are comfy, have plugs to charge phones, central long table with kids activities and pads to play games etc.
You can order ahead on the app, on the touch screens there, and choose to pick from counter or get delivered at your table.
Plenty parking but was very busy (Friday pm)

Nice clean surfaces, staff on hand clearing tables and cleaning windows and surfaces which was good to see. It's a small compact McD but handy as on nail A35 just off a roundabout outside Dorchester, easily missed as not obviously signed as a McD at roundabout.
It’s crazy - it’s just a house! Amazing view of Maiden Castle - no drive thru tho
A very popular if not over crowded franchise. Parking is always difficult so avoid peak times. Food is as always unfortunately this time no coffee or ice cream.
It's a McDonalds so you get what you'd expect. It's pretty busy all day so be prepared to queue and parking is limited and not always available. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Some of the CUSTOMERS' manners and patience could do with improving which would make this a better experience for everyone
This was hands down the best McDonald’s I’ve ever had!! The chips were piping hot and very fresh and salty, and the veggie wrap was proper lush! The sauce selection was second to none, and the service…fabulous. 10/10 would go again xxx
One year old the place and still looking like a brand new store due to the dedication and good all round staff , we’ll above average 👍
