Ben the waiter should be praised greatly. Every time I come I ask for a big bowl of mayo and every time I am given 2 small paper servings of it. Tonight Ben gave me a bowl of mayo. This actually shocked me as only on one other occasion at a different Nando’s this has happened.
Ben, you will go far if you put the same amount of effort into life as you do working for Nando’s. You are an inspiration and a role model for other Nando’s servers. What ever you go on to do just remember the man with the big bowl of mayo believes in you. Management - I will be in next Friday for another chandos (cheeky Nando’s) and I will ask if Ben has been praised.

Enjoyed it so much in London that we came again, had more idea of ordering this time re sauces. Lovely meal again cooked to perfection, butterfly chicken breasts, so tasty, highly recommend this place for chicken meals
New sharing chips are good 👍 more spring onions would make it better.
Our daughter has a peanut allergy which always worries us when out however the waitress was quick to reassure us of the measures they have which put us at ease. Great service and food.
Lovely food, fresh and delicious, only let down was the lack of table service, I get that it's probably a post-covid thing, but seriously- its not that hard to take an order is it? but nope, we were taken to the table and left, told to scan a QR code and order ourselves, nobody to ask about the food if we had a query etc. The town has no mobile signal and their WiFi wasn't working so we couldn't order so the waiter told us to go to the counter and place the order. Got huffed at by the bloke on the till because we couldn't order online, then had to go back and repeat the same ordeal to a put-out girl when we ordered more drinks and dessert- sorry that you actually had to do any work!!!
I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous in all my life, a party of 10 of us having a meal two of us wasn’t eating but they wasn’t allowed to have a drink even though they sat at at the table. Come on this day and age times are hard you need the custom and can’t get a drink.
The lovely waitress who served me was very friendly and attentive. She recommended the loaded fries which were delicious and the cheese cake...just wonderful. I will certainly come back.

Love Nando's great food as always. Inly draw back for me is as a person who wears hearing aids I find it very loud so having a conversation is hard. Other than that yummy food highly recommend it.
So, first time eating at Nando's. Have to say I was impressed. Place was clean, staff were helpful and considerate. Food was piping hot and the chili heat was described perfectly. Special call out to Abby!

Was very nice the staff were very helpful and friendly . Good service lovely fresh food was certainly worth the wait once the ticket issue had been rectified . I would definitely recommend and would definitely go there again .
No wait to be seated. Ordered food. Excellent at dealing with allergies. Food arrived quite quickly.

Good covid precautions, tables thoroughly cleaned prior to use, single use menus, remote ordering and staff bring cutlery, refillable drinks, sauces etc to stop people heading inside.
Nice undercover, but airy seating, sunny in the afternoon.
Will definitely return, helped by NHS discount which is nice.
