Went to curiositea, wow what a great looking tearoom, staff all friendly and helpful, great service, food was gorgeous and brought over to you when ready, waiting time for food was very prompt even though tearoom was busy, great prices to and enjoyed a free glass of frizz to celebrate there opening day, I will definitely be returning, would recommend to others.
Wonderful coffee shop. Friendly, welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Lovely varied breakfast menu and big cups of tea/coffee. Decor delightful. Our girly group have found their new place to go - thank you ladies! �
The quality of the food along with its presentation and the friendliest of staff is so wonderful. I feel like a long lost friend now.
This last visit I had my favourite breakfast substituting red peppers for smoked salmon - on avocado and toasted soda bread with pumpkin seeds and lemon mmmmmmmm.
We had lunch there the following day and I had a chicken, bacon and avocado wrap. Now the establishment didn’t know that I only eat crispy bacon with not a millimetre square of fat on and boy-oh-boy I had crispy bacon with no fat! Happy me! The wrap was delicious and my friend had their freshly homemade soup which was devoured.
What more can I say?
I absolutely love this place and SO wish it was nearer where I live!
Had a fabulous breakfast here with the Grandchildren. Lovely surroundings and staff. Great place to pick up a take away for the train.
A regular weekly calling place for me and my wife Kathleen. Always clean with good quality products to choose from. What makes it special for us is the laughter and friendship from the staff. We have visited regularly since Carly opened and we have gathered many happy memories of our visits to Curiositea.
Visited this little tea room with a friend today. Amazing! We each have a buggy so its hard to find somewhere to eat with enough space. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we entered. The lady even came to our table to take the order as we were trapped in by pushchairs! Excellent latte and yummy cream tea - will definitely be back!

Lovely place. Visited with my gran and auntie. All had wonderful cake and tea. My grans jelly and icecream tea was interesting and I really enjoyed my slice of lemon and earl grey cake. So delicious. Very reasonable price and lovely friendly stuff. Well done. Will definitely be visiting again soon
Went to the open day yesturday and loved it. Such a cute little cafe/ tearoom!! They were really busy but dealt with it perfectly! Placed my order at the till for 2 cans of coke and a sandwich and a flatbread, Food came over to the table once made, i believe if you order hot drinks it all gets brought over to your table for you!! Great value for money!! Also got a free glass of prosecco due to the "open day" i would definitaly recommend this place to anyone, as i will defo be visiting again!!!! Xxx�

REVISITED... And it was all as good as before, from the welcome, chat, food and to the gorgeous boulder pretending to be a scone.
This time we brought our daughter and fiancé, who was looking to have afternoon tea at there event so we brought them here to give a good example of one, it wasn't over the top with quantity and the quality was great (loved the little cakes ). For me the challenge was to actually finish, all the staff was very helpful and the owner had time to have a little chat which was nice...😁👍

I have been here several times, with a group of friends, for cream tea. They are always so accommodating of any special requests - nothing is too much trouble. The quality of food is excellent, and beautifully presented. The service is kind and friendly.
Cheerful friendly staff in clean and pleasant setting off the Brewery Square offering good value food with a smile. Wide variety of teas. Nothing is too much trouble. There are a few seats outside. Very close to the station and offers better fare that the chain coffee house on the corner.
