Friendly service well priced, good honest pub food. A bit loud, then I am no spring chicken anymore
We came here for our shop's Xmas dinner. There's free wifi (use the cloud). Friendly staff. The Xmas dinner was pretty good. We sat out in the conservatory. They could do with a guest ale rather than just Old Peculier but I'm a real ale fan.
A great spot with excellent food and service. Don’t be fooled by the outside as it’s huge inside with quieter tables towards the back. We visited for lunch and all the food we ordered was hot and tasty.
The food was average and portions small. The drink was cheap. Service was good. Staff honest as I left my phone and got it back next day.

Go in for lunch time steak pie lovely. Can be a bit noisy on certain days but foods lovely and reasonably price.
Every time I go in always busy day or night, although not the cheapest, the pub doesn't sell watered down beer. Added bonus has quite a few TV screens to watch sports a small but adequate dining area. Atmosphere is 100% better than some local pubs.
