Had boneless chicken it was excellent.
Went in recently to claim the deals and offers off the app but QR code scanner wasn't working on the self service machines. Waited at the till counter instead to claim the offers was served quite quickly for the lunch hour ...by a friendly member of staff that help me claim my rewards and offers and
The food is fresh, very good, decently hot and quickly prepared. If it's too crowded and you're in a hurry, I advise you to take your food on the go or go somewhere else where it's not as crowded. My favourite dip so far is the Supercharger dip.
Like visiting this KFC as always enjoy the family feast bucket here, bit funny as today's visit someone else stole my bottle of 7up drinks that came with our meal. This was better than the last time I visited a couple of weeks ago. Experienced staff with well prepared trays and food in order, last time it was mainly kids with no napkins available and no cutlery, salt or anything else provided with the meal.
Chips were cold but they were shutting in half hour. No it shouldn't make difference should be hot all time. Up graded to large got same size as friend.
Not easy to get a seat at busy times our food was not hot. Had to go back up as items where missing off the order. They sorted it quickly and friendly . Kids love it here

Busy but we were served fast.....we ended up going here because burger king only had 2 staff working and they must have been the slowest people they could find
Even during covid the service here was great. Quick and efficient. Was very clean and had only a few tables available for safety measures. Can't complain at all.

Obviously it will be a long wait at lunch hours but what did you expect? It's great food as per from the KFC franchise, not a big fan of the new chips though
