Was easy to order and tasty high quality food, only comment is I like my food hot hot so could have been hotter for me. The salad cools the burger down quick

This is one of few places that offer a take-away option that I will actually sit in and eat in.
While I do think it's a bit pricey the quality and taste definitely shine through.
My go to is;
- Bacon-Cheese burger with peppers 🍔🥓 🫑
- Mozzarella Dippers 🧀
- Chips 🍟
- Milkshake
On my most recent visit they had the seasonal Lotus Biscoff Milkshake! 🤤🧋🍁
I wish they had bigger straws for the pieces to get through easily, you'll certainly need patiences.
The chips have skins of, which isn't my thing but they're not awful either. 🤷🏼♀️
The atmosphere was nice, I much prefer quieter times since I'm not overly a people person. And it's like they're playing my music from home and I like to hear it above people which isn't always the case of its busy. 🍔
This this was our 1st time visiting as my wife really wanted to visit.
I'm not really bothered about burgers as we have a fantastic butchers.
Anyway I got my orders on what to order from the boss .
We orderd a bacon cheese burger with all the trimmings with some paprika fries and a chicken burger as we half and half
1st bite of the burger my senses were overloaded wow so juicy the taste was phenomenal absolutely 💯 on taste flavour wow .
Then the fries nicely cut flavoursome with a nice kick from paprika then we dipped them in some chese sauce best we have ever had .
Finally the chicken burger very fresh moist full of flavour especially the coleslaw we will definitely return again.
The staff worked in harmony and were very polite well done guys

Popped in here after being at a local play Centre with the children. Wasn't expecting too much as not a huge fast food fan but to say I was blown away is an understatement.
After walking in I could tell this was different to the other fast food eateries around the area and dotted around the country. The atmosphere felt much more relaxed and the place was very clean and tidy.
The lady at the till helped me with ordering and how it was done, what to expect etc. She and all the staff we came into contact with were all absolutely brilliant and helpful. All working with a smile on their face.
We ordered 4 burgers and a portion of chips, as advised by the lovely lady who said one large chips would be enough, and boy was she right! The burgers were so fresh, juicy and tasty. We could choose our own toppings and sauces which I loved! The drinks choice was out of this world too. What can I say? You've turned me into a fan! Thanks for much for the great food and hospitality and special thanks to I believe it was Abby who was very welcoming, polite and helpful. See you guys again soon.

WOW…. Just delicious! Ordered several times and the food is always of a very high standard. Burgers juicy and tasty, choice of toppings is vast and free.. yes free! The bread buns are soft and fresh… Fries are even tasty and lots of them…delivery on just eat is always max 15 mins, great for hungry bellies.. if you haven’t already give Urban a try, I guarantee you will return for sure.
Very friendly service and very helpful to. We was served by Helen who was very helpful and jolly. Also must recommend the cook Andrew as his burgers were cooked to perfection. All staff very friendly and food arrived at our table very quickly. Must say there was 3 of us and we all agree that the burgers were the best we have tasted. Pay them a visit because you won't be disappointed. You must also try there fries. Top marks from us and we will definitely be going again soon. Thank you urban burger.
Came to Urban Burger at Herten Triangle and honestly the service was second to none! Andrew gave me 5 star service and his help on the menu was amazing. Jess who handed out my food was so lovely and polite! One of my new favourite places!!!
Dan made mine and my mate’s milkshakes and they were the best I’ve ever tasted. He’s definitely the fastest at them in there!! Him and all the staff happy and smiling. Cheers Dan and everyone at urban burger!
New favourite place!! Food was incredible, atmosphere was really chilled which I really like! The staff ( Jess, Dan, Jordan and Abby) were easy to talk to and didn’t hesitate to help when needed!
