Sunday lunch was absolutely banging! The location is in an old bank and grade II listed building so you can see some of the original fixtures in there. Steve the owner is fantastic, very chatty and friendly. Felt very welcome when we arrived. As for the food itself, we were very impressed. We both had the pork loin and the toddler had the chicken. All came with Steamed Seasonal Vegetables, Yorkshire Pudding, Sage & Onion Stuffing, Mash and Roast Potatoes. No messing with portion sizes, at £14 per portion it's well worth it. Will be back to try their famous brekkies soon too! Will update my review soon. Thank you Steve and team.

10/10 Quality food, really nice friendly staff, great laid back atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and great value for money couldn't ask for more. Food on our plates was excellent quality with generous portions. The menu looks exciting and thoughtfully put together were really looking forward to coming back and trying the rest of it. By far the best French toast I've ever had in my entire life and I've eaten a lot of it (at some pretty decent restaurants) highly recommend👌

We had heard about how good the food was here so I ordered a mighty breakfast and the wife had eggs and soldiers. Let me tell you this did NOT disappoint in any way. Everything from start to finish of my experience here was "Top class". The food was absolutely beautiful and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be visiting here again and I'd definitely recommend to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👌

I've had breakfasts, Sunday roast and the spectacular donny cheese steak sandwich so far. The food is hot and delicious and the friendly staff are amazing. Will definitely go back, working my way through the menu. Great value too.

Visited with my partner and a friend for Sunday lunch. Unfortunately when we arrived it was a little unorganised, infact it took more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged by staff and there was only a handful of people in at the time. We sat down and after around 10 minutes, we hadn’t even been offered a menu; for drinks or food. We had absolutely no idea if it was table service or if we had to order at the bar. There seemed to be quite alot of staff working, however was too busy chatting with what must have been someone they all knew. My friend went to the bar to double check what we was supposed to do. The lady wasn’t even sure if they was serving food! My friend explained that she has booked a table for 2.30 for food! The sever went away and after a while came to the table to ask what we wanted. We still didn’t have a menu at this point and we had to ask if they was serving food or not! Anyway, thankfully it turned out food was still being served. The food came very promptly and it was presented very well and I really enjoyed it. Generally the servers were very childish, laughing and giggling amongst themselves - they was young, but It was still unprofessional. I wouldn’t probably have commented as I’m happy for people to have a laugh and joke but it was obvious and rather in your face. Usually I would have given a much lower star rating based on the issues mentioned above. However the redeeming factor of the food being nice felt like I couldn’t give less than 4. I’d be happy to visit again and hopefully it was just a one off or new staff.

Went for taco Tuesday… we’ve been after some proper authentic tacos for a long time and to find them in our hometown is a blessing! You can tell how much love and attention is put into this amazing food. I’ll be reccomending this to everyone I meet! Hat off to the chef.

Called in whilst out on the bike for breakfast but arrived little late, however the friendly staff advised they had a couple of sausage left, so Sausage butty it was. Very nice it was too sausages had a hint of pepper and were very tasty. The staff were busy preparing for Sunday lunch and have numerous choices available on the menu. Ideal stop of if out on a cycle ride and will definitely be back, would highly recommend a visit.

The food from these guys is absolutely phenomenal. Good quality ingredients and great service make for somewhere I order from most weeks. It's a world apart from many other places, more than your average cafe.
