My wife and I had Sunday lunch, one of us had beef, the other pork. Both meals were excellent with root vegetables , Yorkshire pudding and gravy in plentiful supply! One of the best Sunday lunches were have had in many years and would not hesitate to return when we are next in the area. Highly recomended to all! Thank you for a great experience to Douglas, Margaret and their staff.
Best meal we have had in a long time. Food was delicious. What a find, staff were so friendly. Lovely surroundings too. We hope this lovely bistro goes from strength to strength.
What a fabulous little find. The ambiance is very relaxed with a nice calming atmosphere. The food is excellent and you can see the chef cooking it. There is a great selection of wines and gins. Great service and will be back

We booked for the steak night last night. Made very welcome by the staff, lovely friendly atmosphere. The food was excellent to say the least. Certainly a gem of a place, I highly recommend it. Thank you.
We went for breakfast in October and the Eggs Royale was amazing, such nice food. The staff were really friendly, great service and all set up well for COVID. We will definitely visit again thank you.
The choice of food on the menu was good, and we both really enjoyed our starters and mains. The waiting staff were very friendly - but a little inexperienced. We would go again.
