I am not the greatest KFC fan but I was Hank Marvin so just tried a mini fillet burger and a couple of wraps.
The staff were welcoming and efficient and all looked happy in their lot. One young lad was working very hard out front to keep tables clear and cleaned.
Should tortilla be crispy?
Probably one of the better KFC's in Doncaster, came after not having one for so long reason being most in the area are shocking and this one is a distance out from me, and the prices definitely have shot up.
Drive thru was empty, ordered 3 meals, was really surprised by the time I'd got to the second window and paid all 3 were ready, normally waiting much longer. Food was still red hot and the gravy was not watery at all.

SERVICE was good,place was clean and food was quick hade the chicken chips and a drink for one.the drink was fine,the chicken was good the fries or chips were pathetic did not think I had value for the money spent
Ordering a few feet from door wasn't their best idea as more than 2 people waiting to order blocks the way in/out but looks clean and always plenty in
Love this place,an as a parent of a special needs adult was fantastic to see the employment of some said adult in this unit other companies need to take note
I usually drop in here after taking my kids to Sandall park, the kids love popcorn chicken with a small fries and drink, prices have took a massive hike since the end of covid restrictions, well above the inflation rate, example being the popcorn chicken snack box from 1.99 to now 2.99
Food was lovely and nicer than scunthorpe. The mini fillet burger was bigger .
Pretty good- one of the better KFC's in S.Yorks. modest wait in drove thru considering current conditions. Food nice and hot...and correct!
So the update is that while the food is still nice, it seems that they haven't been so lucky with service. 20 minute wait after the order.update #2, last trip was spot on. No delays, and piping hot collection.
Family feast is nice for the money it easily feeds 4 I recommend it for a family
I used the drive through was fast and efficient
Went through the drive in and there was a mix up with the order but the staff dealt with it promptly and professionally.
