Our waiter Tom was excellent. The service was outstanding. The boys were even treated to visit to learn how to roll dough with the chef. Brilliant service and food.

Had some Tesco vouchers we cashed in an this was 1 off places to go an we've never been. So thought why not. Staff were really welcoming in an arrival an all way through service. Food was really nice I don't really dig Italian but had the burnt ends pizza witch was beautiful and very filling. Kids meals are great for price. An deserts were bang on. Only gripe was nearly 4 pound for a lemonade that wasn't even half a pint off it. But was really nice. Definitely go again
Lovely food, our second visit to this pizza express and we will be back. Some staff are more friendly than others but can't really grumble as it they are all good with customers from what we could see.
First visit a staff member talked us through the menu and her recommendations were spot on...she new her stuff.

We came here for our son's birthday and we were not disappointed. I'm coeliac so choosing something we all like whilst still having options for me is usually quite difficult but this is a perfect all rounder! The dough balls are amazing, we all ordered those (mine were gluten free), we all had fabulous pizzas and my son was treated to a birthday brownie on the house! The staff were amazing, really friendly and attentive. The whole experience was just brilliant and we'll definitely be coming back!
Friendly staff, good service, our server left about 5pm, she was lovely - didn’t get her name but always lovely when we go.

Very fresh food. Waitress was amazing. The air con was set on freezing though. We all went to get a jacket from our cars.
Lovely staff. Food was fantastic, I can highly recommend the American Hot. Deserts pretty scrummy as well. Would definitely recommend a visit to this establishment.

Go quite regularly, always a good atmosphere, great staff and food is excellent hats off to the young chefs the manager and the team members keep doing what you are doing and make sure the beer is cold!! 👌 we will be back
Really enjoyed the place. There were 2 adults and 4 children. Crayons and an activity comic were there waiting for the children. The food was excellent and the service nearly excellent. The only hiccups were our "booked" table had been given away, which was explained, rectified and apologised for quickly and the main course took longer than expected to be cleared away and dessert menus offered. Which is the only reason I've given a 4*.
Our waitress, a young lady named Courtney was lovely and even took our 4yr old off to make her own dessert.

There was one small mix up of the wrong food being brought to our table, however the problem was dealt with quickly and they apologised profusely.
The restaurant was lively and busy during this Saturday night however all of our needs were met.

The food was great, service was great. My only issue was while we're sat the table next us kept bumbling into the back of our chairs due to them trying to cram in so many table into the space they have. If you are wanting quiet perhaps one to avoid.
Been out to Pizza Express for tea tonight for a special occasion and had a really nice evening. Everything we had was delicious and the pollo pesto is to die for and nice big portion. The staff were friendly and looked happy in their work. Our server (a young lady called Lois) was very helpful in going through the menu and answering our questions and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant is also very clean and had a good vibe. Already cannot wait to go back. Credit where credit is due. 5*

Restaurant clean and tidy. Waitresses friendly and ordering food is quickly processed in the daytime. As well as fresh made, where you can see the chef making it directly. Prices a bit high (10£ and more for a good pizza) but fair for this restaurant. Toilets are clean and available, as well as kids chairs. Restaurant has arround 35 tables and welcomes families and bigger groups prefereable with bookings. In the evening rather busy which is understandable to wait for the food 15 min rather than in the daytime where you get it after 5 min, when its absolutely not busy. When the day with 2 Pizzas for 1 Price comes the restaurant is most of the time busy. A good deal.
