Tuesday is Pie Night.
The choice was :-
Lamb, Mince, Steak and Christmas pie.(Chicken,stuffing and cranberry).
Home made chips
Garden or mushy peas and gravy.
I had the Christmas pie and was not disappointed the chips were perfect.
A lovely atmosphere, staff as always very nice and helpful.

Not eaten here but menu looks good and plenty of choice. But good selection of beers and ciders. Friendly helpful staff. Will definitely try food next time
We didn’t have dinner but fully intend to next time. Lovely pub in a beautiful village. Very friendly staff and locals. New to the area, this will become one of our favs.
We were staying nearby at our friend's so we called in to the H&H for a few cold ones.
It's a really nice village pub , great choice of drinks , bar staff lovely and a welcoming atmosphere.
Incredible welcoming atmosphere and vibe. Lovely pub with real care and attention put in by the owners. Themed food nights are a great idea also.
We went for steak night, the steak was cooked to perfection and a good size portion. Gorgeous country pub with a alot of drink selection and very good price!! Cant wait to go back!
We only stopped in passing for a quick drink but the clientele were very welcoming and we will certainly return.
Lovely pub...had a cheese board snack, shared between two.....lovely. Staff always friendly and happy to chat.....quiet enough to enjoy conversation ( nice back groung music) so my kind of establishment....highly recomend
Went to the Bistro night , was really good food and service. Thoroughly enjoyed it .
