Me and lads from work get fish and chips from golden cod every Friday and it never fails to impress us, very good prices and brilliant staff! Definitely recommend.

Superb lil chippy, staff friendly and approachable. Food always beautifully cooked. They haven't won chippy of the year 3 times Inna row for nothing. Everyone always has a smile on their chops and the choice and variety is just enough without feeling overwhelmed. 10/10 guys

I really like this chippy, the staff are warm and pleasent, the food is generally good, and allways generous amounts of chips, one portion is enough for two people, it's popular so sometimes there is a queue, there is a good choice on the menu, some items you have to order on entry.

There are only 3 chips shops in Doncaster I would use and this is in my top 3. Food is good quality and cooked perfectly. Staff are friendly.
Not bad parking unless busy then it's very claustrophobic!. It's nice and clean inside and the staff are friendly. It can get hectic at tea times and my advice would be to book your food with just eat to avoid lengthy waits. The food is great with generous chip portions and they do homemade fishcake
