Called in after a trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Hubby had ribs with chips and coleslaw, I tried the Feel Good Range Nashville Chicken Skewers salad - both were delicious. Service was good, the music whilst we were there had me saying "oh, I love this song" ... will definitely go back.

My family and I arrived at Frankie & Benny's without a reservation and were able to get a table within 5 minutes of arriving, as it wasn't particularly busy. We were seated quickly, but it took a while for someone to come and take our order as there were 3-5 staff members just stood chatting - However, when our order was placed the service and food were great. The food was good quality and great portion sizes!
The restaurant had an offer on, that if you have a valid cinema ticket, you could get 30% off your main meal!
Great location & always dealt with very friendly helpful staff. The double cheeseburger and BBQ chicken burger are our favourites. Using the THREE+ rewards app this can be got for £10 👌🏻 a saving of over £15 compared to the regular price. Keep up the great work we fully recommend this F&B's
I have only been here twice but it is absolutely fantastic! Not one thing to complain about at all. The service is great and always done with a smile. The waiting times are practically non existent and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and there is no doubt that I'll be coming back here!

only down side was we went in with my guide dog as it opened i asked for somewhere suitable with more space but they said they are all booths in there now and the gap between the booth chat and the table let where we was we had to tuen our feet sideways to get in. that wadnt an issue for us but it also meant the space too tight for my guide dog to go under the table so he had to sit in walkway where waiters needed to go past so wasnt ideal. it was nearly empty so staff could had placed us in a more suitable place so at least he could sit out the staffs way.

Visited for my boys birthday. 17 of us but we got booked in no problem. Sat us on two large tables side by side.

It’s not exactly fine dining, but I felt the portions sizes were good and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite being very busy on a Saturday evening they were able to get us a table after just a short wait at the bar. Lovely family friendly atmosphere. Our food was quick to be served. Presentation of the food wasn’t great, I had ribs which were filling although a little dry and an inedibly overcooked piece of corn, my husband’s burger was very tasty. Mixed feelings about the food, but the staff were gems.

One feature worth mentioning is the 'order and pay from your table' system. While it's a convenient concept, the implementation had some bugs that need ironing out. Yet, these technical hiccups didn't overshadow the overall experience, especially with the staff being so accommodating.

I did end up ordering a delivery from Just Eat. It was not cheap but we got 20% off for it being a 'Cheeky Tuesday'.. We were stunned how quickly it arrived, and the food was perfectly hot.
We each ordered a separate pasta dish and shared a garlic bread. We all initially commented that the portions were too small- until we tucked in. They were just perfect pasta dishes in every way. I had the meat feast and the meat was plentiful, juicy and well seasoned. The peppers in particular were so fresh and vibrant. With just the right amount of spice the pasta dish had the perfect kick- and the nduja was sensational. We all were happily stuffed by the end though I could have eaten a sneaky pud but didn't see any on the menu. There was one potential problem though- I want to try the whole menu but how do I decide next time and how do I not have the meat feast pasta? 🥺
