this is my 3rd visit here my partner had steak which he said was one of the nicest he's had and I had the mixed fajita sizzler which was amazing my only tiny gripe was that I only got one wrap which was halved and wasn't enough for the mountain of meat that was on the skillet �� however I do take some responsibility as I should have asked for another and I'm sure they would have obliged but no harm done as I pinched a couple of my partners chips which more than made up for it � xx the food is amazing the staff are polite friendly and attentive ( especially the lady with the beautiful unicorn hair ) the atmosphere is very relaxed and the view is beautiful xx I would highly recommend this place xx amazing place ran by an amazing team xx thank you
Enjoyed a random desion to take my granddaughters out for lunch yesterday ..Food was amazing yum yum but no good when you following Slimming World Lol ..But hey ho a day off ..enjoyed a few vinos too .Would just like to say what a pleasant welcoming place ..staff carnt do enough for you even to opening a sachet of sauce for my Granddaughter Leanda!!! Will definitely be back ..money well spent xxxx

Went for tea tonight and really enjoyed our meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the building itself is clean and welcoming too.
The meal was made with fresh ingredients, cooked to order and very tasty . My daughter has allergies and the manager and chef went out of their way to provide her with a safe meal and even managed to make her a safe dessert that she was absolutely over the moon about. We really appreciate it. Thanks so much.
Took my Dad for his birthday and all 5 people in our party thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the food was piping hot and very tasty, would highly recommend.
Exceptional home cooked food, steak and ale pie wow. Lovely hosts and a great setting by the canal. Pub food in Doncaster doesn't get better than this!!

Absolutely 💯 what great place we only pulled in from the canal for a couple hours. to recharge our phones the guy was so welcoming. food we had was lovely and drinks too wish we'd moored up there for the night 🌙
First time to this little pub, read the reviews and all were stellar so thought I must try. Pub was steady with only a few customers, I noticed all had food. Very happy with the food we received tonight, the food came out quickly and everyone was happy with their meals!
Service was brilliant, a gentleman served us and checked on us frequently and even brought our drinks to our table.
Highly recommend, will be back again.
Didn't have anything to eat. But enjoyed a couple of drinks on the canal side. Very friendly people. We walked along the canal and sat drooling at the canal boats 😊😊
A beautiful location, you can park your boat and eat your lunch 6ft away.
It's a very nice pub indeed with very friendly staff and great food.
Sadly parts of the car park resemble a motorcross track and dangerous for bikes, I skidded going in.
Great atmosphere alongside the canal, superb food and drink, Vicky, Kev and all the staff make us very welcome. A great place to visit.

Food was good ,service was pleasant enough ,area is scenic and picturesque .
Love a bit of kayaking, and with the pub sat literally at the side of the canal it was straight out of the canal and into the pub. Left the kayaks tied to the mooring points and had an amazing dinner. Staff are brilliant and so is the food! Will definitely visit again!!!
Stopped here for lunch and really enjoyed it. A good variety on the menu, and as a large group we each had something different. Each meal was well prepared, cooked and presented. Price was not overdone either.
Lovely spot besides the canal on a summers day. Large selection of drinks and ales at reasonable prices. Food looked appetising and plentiful. Lovely couple of hours

It's a great little pub on the canal, the food was great but it's a new menu & im sorry to say it's not changed for the better. The food is still cooked to a high standard but the menu is very limited. Glad to say that the beer is still top draw & is worth a look but let the staff know what you think of the menu 👍😁
Nice riverside pub. Met for a drink but food menu looks good. Will certainly be going back go eat.
Little bit tucked out the way, but that isn't a bad thing! it was a great little spot before we headed off to our accommodation, lots of outdoor benches right on the canal and we was very lucky to have great weather so it was a lovely little spot to have a shandy!
