Yup - a deserved 5 stars. Was in the local Spar looking for some fresh bread when they suggested going to the bakery in the square.. where we found DDs. Thankfully we did. Had to queue for 10 mins and then bought just a chorizo quiche and a ciabatta roll, but both were wonderful. No wonder there's
Fresh bread, delicious sandwiches, great selection of pastries&cakes. It does get busy at lunch, but its definitely worth queueing for. The staff always greet you with a smile. Will come back again tomorrow :)
The food was amazing. We had a pastie, feta and spinach pie, and chicken and mushroom pie. For afters we had the strawberry and rhubarb cake. All were amazing. Prices are very reasonable. Would always come back when in town.

This cake shop is absolutely amazing and I mean amazing we were lads travelling wales mountain biking and came across this by utter chance. We are even planning to return in a day or so 100% recommend 👌
What a wonderful, charming little bakery! Food=Fantastic, Service=Fantastic, wife & kids delighted. Wish we weren't just passing through or would definitely be back (probably daily)

Saw this place online, pics were so good that we thought we would try it, lovely customer service (nothing was too much trouble) gave you what you wanted no questions asked (on food choices) reasonably priced and the sandwiches, salad bowl, doughnuts and sausage rolls all get 👍👍.
