Thanks so Much too all the Lovely staff for such a welcoming time x
My husband & I visited Friday and had a wonderful meal. Caroline and the other lady that was working were very welcoming & friendly. They regularly checked that the food was ok & if we needed any drinks. The food was delicious and by far one of the best meals we have had. We regularly visit for the carvery - it is delicious! And very reasonably priced. We enjoyed our meal so much on Friday that we are taking our 1 year old for the carvery today.
Food to die for , huge portions plus a friendly welcome and wonderful staff
Called in for Sunday lunch while visiting West Norfolk, very friendly and efficient people working there. Delicious lean roast beef with fresh vegetables, homemade Yorkshires, served on large hot plates so you can arrange your food with ease.
Early evening Sunday and already a few customers tucking in !! Really enjoyed the carvery with beef and pork plus good selection of veg and lurrvved the gravy. Plus a very nice fish pie!! Loved the Adnams !! Worth another visit!! 👍
Wonderful Sunday carvery!!! Roast beef cooked just how I like it!! The waitress worked so hard and was very friendly too.
Really enjoyed a family meal here today, great service. Staff were really friendly and food was perfect

Always good food and beer. Very friendly service and very pleasant staff. We will return again .
Always have a cracking time when we head over to North Norfolk, well worth heading 4 miles inland from the coast road for seriously good food at a cracking price. Suits me well as a place to watch live sport on TV and also went as golfing group so after dinner with the Masters on TV we could also play a pool tournament.
If your in the area it's well getting off the beaten track and getting there for a good FEED!
Can honestly say this is the best place we have ever eaten and its local to us which is a bonus. Everything is home made and cooked to perfection. The chef's at the Railway really are special and there food is fantastic every single time. Presentation is perfect, very good portion size. We travel around the Uk alot and we have to say this place is still our number 1. The food really is impeccable and home cooked with a great specials board this place is a hidden gem in Norfolk its a Must visit if your in the area. The staff are so friendly and welcoming we love this place.
Fantastic food, Norfolk Restaurant week. All 3 courses were wonderful.
Absolutely fantastic meal, all three of us had something different and all three of us said we'd happily go again. The waitress was an absolute star, making sure dietary requirements were accounted for. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
Good night having food. Restaurant is small.so make a reservation. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good menu and selection of drinks.
Dog friendly.
We visited as part of Norfolk restaurant week. For £20 we got 3 courses, all with good portions and very well cooked. Service was good, just a shame a noisy table meant you couldn't hear yourself think #inconsiderate.
We didn't let it spoil a very good meal at a reasonable price. The conservatory was light and comfortable, but you could sit in the main pub too.
We like it here 👍
Not too far from where we live. A little off the beaten track but worth seeking out 👍
Good Menu.
Quality food.
Very reasonably priced.
Attentive service.
Have rebooked for Valentines Menu ❤️
Thank you Team Railway Inn.
We had a wonderful pub meal here😋. The staff were helpful and friendly and the prices very reasonable. An added bonus is it's dog friendly. 😊😊
Popped in, passing through. Lovely sunny conservatory. Very friendly staff and dog friendly. Easy parking.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend. We had fish pie and beef stroganoff followed by sticky toffee pudding and creme brulee with honeycomb
Pleasant enough place, bar area seems to be completely separate from dining area, which is fine, limited menu, typical west Norfolk coastal pub not really really set up for local diner's more for those that invade the county for a night or two in a rental or Airbnb, so the idea of giving you something to come back for is pointless, I understand that fully so it's not a complaint it's an acceptance of how our local area has become when villages become holiday parks. Did kind of feel we were given the hurry up at 9:00pm on a Saturday night, toilets being cleaned and doors being locked is not an encouraging practice to undertake with diners still sat at the table, all in all average place, food nothing to rave about and only one cask ale , again understandable, as these places become ghost towns Monday to Thursday.
