Simply one of the best roast beef dinners I have ever had, and I have had a fair few. Great food, good beer and a nice place overall. Highly recommended.
Bloody marvellous! Second time in 2 months…. We don’t live Nearby but advise anyone to stop by here for food. Proper food, no ultra-processed rubbish. No sign of those chips coming out of bag! Have a nice Prosecco in a nice tall glass. (Most Prosecco awful everywhere but here they really have a go

Excellent food and the outdoor dining area was perfect. Just enough room to keep you dry in a summer shower. And the staff go above and beyond when it's raining.

Perfect little village pub for a Sunday lunch. My partner and I thought the portions were really good and the atmosphere was lovely.
Really enjoyed this place. We had Saturday evening dinner here. It's hard to make up your mind when the menu is so imaginative and enticing. I went for Tempura Battered Tiger Prawns in a Sweet Chilli Sauce followed by one of my favourite dishes, Smoked Haddock Chowder with Saffron & Spring Onions. M
