Lovely Robinsons pub on the very busy A6. Visited once 40 years ago on a country pub crawl. Open plan with a separated pool room. ( Not played in years but 60p a game or £1 for 2 seems pretty good. Discovered this pub due to overnight stay in a local cottage. The pub is quite small however ample seating areas and plenty of outdoor seating too. The staff was very friendly and the guy kept coming out to see if we were okay and if we needed any more drinks. Great service. The food took awhile com

Very friendly but we went for food on a bank holiday and they weren't serving it. Top marks from the lady behind the bar who suggested alternatives. May give 5 stars with better planning on our part to go when food is available

Called in with my dad and brother on Wednesday, for lunch. Food was lovely. My dad was really impressed with his salt and pepper chicken.
The atmosphere was wonderful. My food was a bit salty but my daughter enjoyed her entree.
Whilst situated at a fairly busy junction in Disley and if sitting outside this can be noisy depending upon the time of visit, this was a much needed pit stop en route to Manchester.
