Different and interesting place, peaceful, even deer in the grounds, great for families to visit. Children and adults will love the fairy dell wood and playground. Restaurant and retail sales excellent.
Staff are really friendly.
We stayed on site in our campervan on a Brit stops official night stopover facility.
The shop here has some lovely gifts, great coffee and cakes which we had as a take out and took it down to the pond and Willow and Fairy walks. The Labyrinth is disappointing but the other walks are lovely! The Willow walk was great to see the talent that went into creating the huts etc and the Fairy walk was so cute, even as 2 30 year old adults š¤£ definitely will be back!
Archerfield Walled Garden is a beautiful garden centre located in North Berwick. It offers a variety of experiences for visitors to enjoy, explore, and enrich. We have visited their spacious Garden Shop, which houses an array of plants, pots, tools, garden ornaments, accessories, and much more. We also went into old Archerfield Wood and began an enchanted hunt for fairies along their magical Fairy Trail. Thereās no need to book, and itās free of charge. You can grab a free Fairy Trail quiz from the Archerfield Walled Garden Foodmarket and go on a whimsical journey
to see if you can find all the hidden fairy houses. If you want to make the experience extra magical, you can take a detour through the gift shop before you start and pick up a ribbon for the wishing tree, plus fairy dust to sprinkle (Ā£1).
The Garden CafƩ at Archerfield Walled Garden serves breakfast, lunch, Afternoon Tea, and a selection of teas, coffees, and cakes. They use as much produce grown in their gardens as possible, changing the menu with the seasons. The cafƩ operates on a walk-in basis and food is served from 10am (9.30am on Sundays) to 3pm while cakes & hot drinks are served from 10am (9.30am on Sundays) to 4.45pm Mon to Sun.
We had very good time and delicious cakes š¤©š Definitely we need to be back to explore The Garden.
Absolutely wonderful place. Loved the Fairy Walk and the Walled Garden is a peaceful and inspiring haven. The Garden Team are doing an excellent job.
Really well presented shop and cafe in a beautiful area. Service can be a bit slow but it doesn't stop us from visiting. There are plenty of seats (inside and out), even on a busy day you can normally find a seat. It's a great place if you fancy a walk, snack, coffee or just a bit of retail therapy.
Excellent motorhome stopover (BritStops location) - you have to book ahead and be a member to arrange. Great location. Excellent shop, cafe and garden centre. Good walks. Totally dog friendly including the cafe.
Beautiful, compact garden with a great selection of flowers colourfully arranged.
Great afternoon destination . Food great lovely shop. The fairy walk was so pretty .
Fab spacious layout in the cafe area, food was delicious but was surprised the burger didn't come with chips given the price.
Shop is very well appointed with plenty items to grab your attention. A pet area too and I loved that dogs are welcomed inside the cafe as well.
Disabled bays right outside the gates into the courtyard area but lots and lots of other parking too.
Had a really lovely lunch here. Nice cosy atmosphere and friendly helpful staff.
