Great food and service - bit inconvenient that we were robbed at knife point there but the staff assured us that that's very unusual so you should be fine. We can especially recommend the Ale pie, that was lovely!
It's not fancy but a nice spot to have a pint and something to eat while you wait for the train. Lovely staff and delicious Steak and Ale Pie.
Fish and chips were OK. The fish was fresh. The chicken and ham pie was good too. This pub is located at the train station. Good service too!

My wife and I were stopping at the campsite and decided to try it for a meal and a few drinks, service was nice and friendly and the portion sizes more than enough, so most definitely will go back for yet another meal.
