Will never be ordering again! Poor customer service and was not apologetic at all when told part of the order was missing after already waiting twice the length of expected delivery time. I would reccomend if you like waiting for cold food......
I've ordered from smokey's 4 times now, their chicken platters are amazing!!! Also had the monster kebab which was the best kebab I've ever had. Its always delivered hot and before the time they say. I think this is my favourite takeaway in Yorkshire!!!
Placed an order for pick up. 35 to 40 mins they said. I arrived after 40 mins to pick up, the guy said 5 mins (fair enough) waited another 10 mins, asked again only to be told 5 mins. Waited another 10 then walked out in the end and ordered from somewhere else. Will never return. Poor service and ma
Best in the town, Piri chicken, pizza and kababs are consistently very good need to try the curry now 😋👌👍
Lovely food, never have any problems, always on time, but ordered take away on Sunday and it arrived cold, not good when you have to warm it up. Only just down the road so don't know where the driver had been.
Ordered food, they told me 40 minutes on the phone, it came 1 hour and 30 minutes later all the food was cold and they missed a pizza off my order. When trying to follow up this the user was busy for 30 mins and still no answer
Very tasty food, quick delivery time and staff are very well mannered and nice. Would definitely recommend and try again
