Lovely pub, lovely homemade food

Had a fabulous meal here this afternoon. Gorgeous chunky chips (the pic is my dog waiting eagerly for her share), steak pie packed with meat.

We called in yesterday after a long walk. Had a lovely meal, all home cooked and fresh. The staff were lovely and so accommodating with my dog. Lovely place x

We booked for a family meal here after my father-in-law received a flyer through the door. We had a very warm welcome from the staff, who were very friendly and efficient. We had the Sunday lunch menu and when the food arrived everyone was impressed by the portion size and quality.the rump beef look

Called into today for a spot of lunch with a friend, all i can say is wow. The lady who served us was so polite, friendly and welcoming and even though they didnt serve what i drink usually on tap she soon solved it for me.
