Great spot to stop on a bike ride or walk out of Devizes ( or the Caravan Camping site 2.5 miles the other way) for a snack or ice cream. Lovely toastie and a sweet potato/red pepper soup. Nice view across the amazing lock systems.

Ordered coffee, fruit tea and a hot chocolate. All nice and hot. They had cakes and hot filled baps and dog ice cream. There was quite a queue on Sunday as it was a nice day. I have not rated the food as I did not have any. Jubilee woods is nearby.

I took my daughter and dog to Devizes Wharf as it had been over 5 years since I last visited. I was shocked to find the cafe at the Trust was closed down. So we carried on with our walk down to the Caen locks, and my daughter insisted we stopped by. We ordered 2x cheese toasties and a Latte and apple juice, it was all lovely and reasonably priced, staff were nice and happy. We look forward to returning in a couple of months.

Small cafe at the top of the locks serving food, drink and ice cream. Quite small inside but lots of benches outside to sit at. There is a toilet here too.

Lovely visit, 4 bacon sandwiches & some lovely hot chocolate on a sunny & rainy day. Service was excellent. Dog friendly. Really lovely to stop for a bite & a drink after a nice walk. Brilliant.

This is a lovely café in a fantastic location. Lots of options to choose from on the menu and all looked delicious. The staff were very friendly and the area was kept very clean. As it was a lovely morning on our visit it was a little busy, the queue went down quickly however so it wasn't a problem. This is a great place to stop if you are visiting the locks.

A really lovely cafe that's a very welcome stop after a walk along the canal. We've visited in all weathers and is dog friendly when sat outside. Great views too.

Nice little cafe by the canal side. Sat outside as weather fabulous. Had my 2 dogs with us too and they were allowed in. A slightly limited menu but adequate. Left off a star just because of menu and bugs! The humid weather with no wind meant black bugs out in force canal side.

Lovely run little cafe. They were packed out yesterday, everyone wanting ice-creams in the sun. Very friendly, homey. Well done ladies. Such lovely place to be on summers day watching barges work there way up Caen Hill Locks 🌞😊🍦⛵

Lovely little cafe, with spectacular views of the Caen Locks and beyond. Only downside is the £3 car park charge if you are only there for a cuppa and to view the locks.

Stopped for a drink and ice cream. Wide choice of flavors on offer. Helpful in the heat with the dogs, providing water bowls.

Had a nice bacon roll, cake and coffee on my way cycling along the canal. Great views if you get a table outside the front.

I been come here for about six years and love the lock's, it a lovely walk up & down the lock's and crossing at the bottom lock and walk the grass hill on otherside, lovely day out. And nice cup of tea or coffee at the café at the top of the lock's.

Dry day, perfect in seating outside having a cream tea. Half way point in walking along the canal.

Nice little cafe, basic food i.e. toasties, sandwiches etc. Found the coffee mediocre, having said that very welcome rest bite after walking Caen Hill lock's.
