Incredible service. The team were really kind to us even though we were a large party and a bit late arriving. The food was delicious. I had roast pork which was so tasty. We visited Sunday lunchtime with our little dog. We had a very warm welcome from the landlord and his team, and this excellent service continued throughout. The Sunday menu offered dishes other than a roast which is what we both opted for. The ribs were meaty, juicy and very tasty, the salmon full

A lovely surprise to find such a quality atmosphere, food and service tucked away in this picturesque village. The staff are really switched on. The location is relaxed. A light and airy restaurant with a well stocked and presented bar.

A lovely village pub in a beautiful and quiet village. Very clean inside, lovely friendly and fun staff. The meal was super and I feel, fairly priced. This is definitely worth a visit and we will be going back again. No negatives at all. Many thanks for a great evening.

This was probably as good a pint of Timothy Taylors as I’ve ever had. The food is always excellent, the scotch eggs are magnificent. And the deserts are out of this world. Highly recommended.
