Made my day today.
Went in for a coffee and one of the staff handed me £5 that I had dropped last time I was in. Couldn't believe it. I had lost it about 5 weeks ago and she had kept it all that time.
Incredible generosity. I am so very touched.

Lovely wee place to take a relaxing coffee break when shopping and very family friendly. Love love love the festive Spiced Orange Latte and my 7 year old son just loves the hot chocolate ☕️☕️☕️
Cafe Nero is a very relaxing cafe the seating is very comfortable and spacious the staff are friendly and helpful and the variety of teas coffee etc and tray bakes will get your taste buds tingling, highly recommended for a relaxing wind down.. especially after a days shopping.

Caffè Nero is a comfortable chain offering an array of coffees and bakery goods. There are even a few packaged goods that are gluten-friendly.
This location is nestled into the entrance of a large retail center, so it's quite a buzzing place. There are options for plugging in and working on a laptop, but the consistent queues can be a bit distracting!
Wow! Awesome service. Fantastic Hot Chocolate. Great treats. Excellent location. What more could one ask for... oh yes, a good vibe.. and they have that too.
Friendly staff the place is also nicely decorated. But the drink standard isn’t as good as in other shops. My iced coconut latte was way way too sweet. But the outside seats are very nice on a warm day.
Dropped in after 5.30. The lady behind the counter was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate my granddaughter who is severely lactose intolerance.
I like Cafe Nero, it's all down to what Neros you go into, the food is always the same, but the atmosphere makes up for that.
