Lovely place to have a bite to eat, place was really busy due to football on tv but we were looked after so well by very efficient staff they were constantly monitoring tables checking everything was fine, I was really impressed and would definitely recommend it, lovely �
All the staff are amazing, so friendly and kind, they cannot do enough for you.. food is amazing.. defo recommend for food or just a night out!! The function room is brilliant too I recently hired it for my fiancée 40th birthday... excellent!!!

Had visitors from Sligo for the weekend and took them to Derry for the first time, Had a wonderful day despite the drizzle which didnt dampen the spirits, and went to the Bentley for dinner, which was first class in every way, from the minute we walked in the door we were escorted to a table of which we had a choice despite it been busy, the food order was taken and help was given in great detail by the waitress as too the specials of the day , food was first class in every way and a refill of the Tea pot which was accepted gratefully, so all in all i would give staff, food, value, presentation and value 100%.. so thank you...
Held our daughters christening in the function room and would highly recommend here to everyone . Staff were superb and food excellent. Thank you so much for a fantastic day x
OMG! I can not say enough about the Bentley! I was there in August of this year and forgot my raincoat! Well I just got it back in the mail! WOW! Over the top dedication to please their customers! And I live way over her in Vancouver Canada! Thank you so much! And their food is so tasty too!
We just had a meal for valentines it was amazing the steak was perfect. The staff who dealt with us were second to none. Couldn’t be more helpful and friendlier. I’ve never been disappointed here yet.

We ate here yesterday with are boys. Food was beautiful as always, couldn't fault anything boys loved there's too. Was great service and the waiter put a few candles in my wee boys dessert as it was his birthday which was nice of him. 😊

The staff were excellent and the food was define and made to the way that you want it. I had a pasta dish, mum had the cod & my aunt had the 8oz steak and the dishes were done to the way that we wanted it. I will definitely will be back in the near future.

Sun Sept 17 went to Badgers but they’d stopped serving food already and recommended The Bentley. So grateful they did. The service was perfectly timed and kind; the servers are hardworking and looked like they really work as a team. We had the classic burger and breaded chicken sandwich and both sooo flavorful, hot and fresh. The atmosphere was pub/bar, clean, relaxed and the right amount of lively. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed the food. This 50-50 burger is so big and delicious. It comes with one side. Worth every £ spent.
Food was delicious. Service was understandably slow due to being so busy but the staff was great and kept us informed on what was going on and kept the drinks coming while we waited on food. The steak was the best I have ever had. Perfect place for a romantic date night.
Wonderful bar, serving fantastic food and drinks. Great food selection with reasonable prices. I'd recommend The Guinness Beef Pie. 1/4 wines are served, as well as beers and spirits. No trip to Derry is complete without visiting The Bentley Bar.
Lovely restaurant and great food here. Well positioned just below the walls of Derry. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Very reasonable prices. Our second visit and we'll be back.
Had a quick bite before the big match, staff very friendly and helpful. Had the cod starter, was absolutely beautiful, will be back soon
The Bentley is a grand spot for a beer, with a very lively atmosphere. The service is top notch (from Sinéad usually), and contributes to a memorable experience.
We showed up without reservation but staff was able to accommodate us. We tried the skin potatoes and nachos for starters, which were delicious and big portions. For mains, we had the lasagne and the belly buster burgers along with 3 sides. Oh my goodness, food was delicious and portions were enormous, that not even my husband could eat it all! I found the prices and portions excellent. Would definitely visit them again!
This is a great establishment! The food is amazing!!! The live music was amazing! This will be a must stop every time we visit Ireland!

I Was here to see the carabao cup on sunday past. There is plenty of screens to watch the footy, whether it's Scottish Premier League or Premier league or the cup competitios. As a non drinker, there's a good range of non Alcoholic beers and drinks. The non Alcoholic beers are not overly expensive either. I have watched the football here a couple of times because of the range and price of these beers. The food is really good too, quite a good menu aswell, everything from pasta to steaks to burgers.The Bentley is bigger than you think, there is a number of sections within the premises, lots of spaces to find a spot to munch good quality food and drink. We managed to get a wee section for Newcastle united fans to watch the match decent enough for around 20 of us and there was food service available. Staff are really nice and very helpful. I also loved the fact they promote being dry and out, with a campaign I saw, this really makes a difference for non drinkers like me, gives us a place we can go, socialise and not be beer pressured into drinking and that culture.
We had a lovely evening dinner, we had starters, mains and drinks. Everything was cooked to our liking and before we had even left we would definitely be back again!
First time in the Bentley bar last week and will definitely be back on our next visit to Derry. The food was amazing, really generous portions, creamy Guinness's and lovely staff

Nice food, large portions, usual price, good service. £4.60 for a large pepsi I thought was a bit excessive though.
